Completely renovated, it includes a large living room with fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with large shower, an upstairs bedroom and separate toilet, all overlooking a private outdoor courtyard with garden table. Rental per night: 65 euros (2 nights minimum). Weekly rental from Monday to Friday: 250 euros. Towels, sheets, linens provided: 15 euros/stay.

My place is surrounded by multicenter trees of ancient roses and hydrangeas in a property dating from the 18th century 4 km from the town of Nort sur Erdre and its train station , 30 minutes from Nantes ,close to the canal from Nantes to Brest ideal for hikers on foot or by bike ,fishermen, canoe rides...many circuits in the area. Summer school holidays: weekly rental from Saturday to Saturday. Outside vacation: Minimum 2 nights rental.

La Huche – Country House

The barn is an outbuilding of the farmhouse inhabited by the owners, located in a place called, 45 minutes from Nantes and 60 minutes from Rennes. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, in a rural and quiet environment with private terrace overlooking the garden, not overlooked. There is parking in front of the entrance.
