My place is surrounded by nature, in a pretty property on the banks of the Erdre, ideal for a family with 2 children or for 2 couples. 67 m2. On the ground floor, kitchen, living room, toilet. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms , shower room. Open garden with garden furniture, barbecue, swings for toddlers, slide, and table tennis table. Guests may use the owners' heated swimming pool, 11 m x 4.50 m, from mid-April to early October, between 10:00 and 18:30, except on Sundays in summer.

Charming accommodation along the Nantes to Brest canal, 5 minutes from the city center of Nort sur Erdre.
