You will stay in one of the oldest buildings in the village, in a completely renovated place that has retained its character. The apartment consists of two large bright living rooms, two bedrooms (king size bed and double bed), a boudoir (sofa bed), two bathrooms and a fitted kitchen.

Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. Located on the banks of the Loire a few kilometers from Nantes, Escale 175 welcomes you in a warm and elegant atmosphere. Facing the island of Pierre Percée, enjoy the green spaces, playgrounds and picnic areas, Ginguette ... but also restaurants just around the corner. If you travel by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a circuit of the "Loire à Vélo", a bike room has been specially arranged in the house. By car, you can park almost outside the door!

Its hanging net will draw you into its meshes and its outdoor space will allow you to spend beautiful sunny evenings. Close to all amenities because it is located in the middle of the village ,it also offers many ways to get to the center of Nantes. Just enjoying it.

Old 19th century farmhouse carefully eco-renovated, on the edge of the Parc du Château du Haut Gesvres and at the gates of Nantes. 110 m2 house comprising a large living room + open kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the heart of the farm and its quiet and wooded environment. Close to the center of Treillières and 10 minutes from the Tram. The farmhouse houses the cottage and the owners' home at the other end of the building.
