Heather was an amazing host, and the home was absolutely beautiful. Waking up to the waterfront views and the peaceful early morning walks are only some of the reasons why I would stay again. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, look no further.

We truly enjoyed our time here- This place is so special, and I’m sure that’s because of all the love and care the owners have poured into it. You can feel the warmth and positive energy in every corner of the house.

We had a great stay at Cameron’s home. Even though the weather didn’t cooperate we were able to spend a lot of time on back patio which felt like we were almost outside. Cameron was nice enough to let us check in early. Overall great time and looking forward to next time. Thanks again Cameron.

We had a wonderful time at the house. It was easy to find, very walkable and had lots of options for our toddler to do outside. It was such a lovely home that had very comfortable beds and was warm and welcoming with the decor and layout. We drove around the area and were able to find plenty of things to see and do. Really enjoyed our stay at the house even though our stay was short, it was just what we all needed. I would highly recommend this for anyone looking for a calmer area that's still close enough to St.Micheal's.

We were delightfully pleased with our stay here. The house was clean and comfortably fit our 3 adults and 2 kids. We were happy with the “extras” like having our linens and towels cleaned and wrapped in plastic, shampoo/conditioner, kitchen stocked with cookware, and the decor. The best part was the view and proximity to the water. The pictures do not do the sunset justice. We will definitely come back.

Absolutely amazing house and location!! Our family had an incredible week spent enjoying the property & views, spending time watching the sunsets by the fire, and kayaking around the bay. It's a great spot to teach kids to paddle and our 7 and 9-year old both enjoyed learning on the still waters near the sandy beach. The property and house are both thoughtfully designed and have so many spots to relax, read, watch the birds, and take in the views - made it feel like there was never a reason to leave. We had an incredibly peaceful week and would love to visit again!!

Steve is a wonderful host. He greeted us warmly and gave us a very thorough tour of the house. He had recommendations for everything local that was of interest to us. He has a beautiful home and a beautiful setting on the water.

Our stay was great. The house is located in a quiet friendly neighborhood. The views are amazing. The house is very comfortable and so relaxing. Loved that three bedrooms each had a bathroom. The hosts were wonderful and very responsive.

We had the most beautiful Thanksgiving gathering at Casey’s Porch on the bay for an extended family reunion. The house is lovely - spacious, gorgeous and cozy at the same time. The views on the water were amazing. There were plenty of beds and ‘hang out’ spots for our tweens and teens, and 3 private baths for the adult couples were much appreciated. And our hosts could not have been more helpful and friendly. Thank you for giving us this opportunity to make more happy memories together!

The location for this house is beautiful! We loved the private dock and spacious backyard. We stayed in late March so it was a bit cold some days but we still had a great time using the provided Kayaks and sitting on the dock and watching the beautiful surroundings. The location was perfect to have some s'mores nights around the firepit. The hosts were VERY responsive. The few times I had questions they replied within minutes and were very accomodating with our requests. They were very proactive with instructions and generously mentioned a foldable crib for the infant in our group - although we had our own that we used. The kitchen had all of the dinnerware and cookware that we needed for the meals that we made. The living areas were open and inviting. It was perfect for our group. One thing to watch for is the very steep driveway. It took a few times to get used to. We would definitely stay there again when we visit our family in the area.

We had a great stay at this clean, comfortable, convenient and cozy house. We were impressed by the attention to detail. Every time we needed something, it was there. The kitchen was fully stocked and had everything we needed to cook our Thanksgiving meal. We were close to Annapolis And had an easy drive to the museums of DC. We took several walks to the nearby beach, and enjoyed both sunrises and sunsets. We would definitely come back! Thank you, Peggy!

We really enjoyed staying here. It was a spacious home and we love the community. We were in town visiting family and It was so convenient being so close to family and friends. Very comfortable

This was a beautiful home with everything you need and more to feel at home! The hot tub was relaxing and the screened in porch made for a relaxing hang out area. The host was super friendly and responds right away! 10 out of 10 experience will be booking a stay here again in the future!

The moment we walked in we fell in love with this place. Clean newly appointed kitchen, open floor plan, fireplace, pool table, big TVs, children’s games, toys, and wonderful view of Big Pond. Great for bird watching. Beds were great, everything labelled and organized very smartly. Quick response to communications. We cooked a big meal and the kitchen was nicely stocked.

We had a great family vacation at Three Minnows! The house is beautiful and well suited for a family with three kids! My kids were in the pool everyday and played at the playground many times. The restaurants nearby are very good, affordable, and so close - most are a five minute (or less) walk away from the house. We loved our time at Three Minnows and would definitely come back!

Stayed here to see a few friends who live in the Ebb Tide area. The house was clean, spacious and well equipped. We were only two people but with the sun room it was clear to see there are a few options for people to spread out and not feel on top of each other. This is a nice peaceful area about 15 minutes away from downtown colonial beach and a great location for a getaway. I would stay here away without hesitation.

Perfect place to rest and unwind for couple days. Lovely house with its very own private beach. Great for family fun. I enjoyed the stunning bay view. Being in front of the ocean and the sea breeze. House was clean and comfy. 2 rooms with ocean view. Ample garden space kiddo played around. The upper part of the house is off limits for private use . Only 1 bathroom but okay we were only 3. Loved walking around and exploring Salomon island parks and restaurants. Highly recommend the ruddy duck great food and friendly atmosphere and the island hideaway at Solomon’s. The house water had a sulphur smell making it unpleasant to shower / brush our teeth. Colin was great and communicative the whole time. Loved using one of the kayaks to paddle around the bay. Overall great stay and would come back easily loved the view.

Absolutely lovely home and location. So much thought and care was taken into consideration when decorating this villa. Kimberly was welcoming and wonderful in every way. If you’re looking for a beautiful getaway with a water view…this is it.

We loved this snug, little spot on the water. Watching the sunrise over the water made for enjoyable mornings. It had a full kitchen that made cooking our meals very easy. Two seating areas in the living area gave us room to spread out. Fast wifi....I even stayed online while I was down by the water. I wasn't a huge fan of the overly curious swans, but I did find some really nice pieces of sea glass down by the water. The heat in this house was great.

We stayed at John's place in Colonial Beach, VA visiting parents in town. The house was very clean. The kitchen had everything you needed. This time of the year (winter) there is not much to do in Colonial Beach but house was walking distance to the beach and to coffee shop and restaurants. One last note - loved the beds ... super comfortable. Plan to stay there again when we are in town.

This house was amazing. Super clean with lots of amenities. Every detail was thought out to make our stay feel like home. Our kids loved the bunk beds and the UNO and Jenga games. The location was just right, close enough to everything without being right on top of it all. We did not have any issues but when I did reach out to Eboni she responded right away and it was a holiday weekend too. I would definitely recommend this house and looking forward to coming back this summer.

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house over looking the bay! The views all around the property were absolutely stunning, creating such a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. I was on a work trip with several coworkers, and the house was incredibly comfortable and spacious —it truly felt like home. The space was clean, safe, and well-maintained, making it the perfect retreat after long workdays. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a large family meal, which was a huge plus. Most importantly, our host was amazing—she was incredibly kind, attentive, and thoughtful, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a serene and welcoming getaway. Thank you, for such a great experience!
