Beachfront holiday rentals in North Beach

This guesthouse is situated right on the water in a quiet, private neighborhood that is located close to restaurants, shopping, and recreation. The ambiance is relaxed, and we immediately felt at home. The decor is stylish in the gorgeous kitchen, and the heated bathroom facilities are spacious and accommodating. The bed was particularly comfortable, and the living room faces large windows and a continuous view of the waterfront. We enjoyed our stay in this location and highly recommend this property. We hope to visit again when we are in the area.

Absolutely delightful in every way. Sleeping with the windows open and the sounds of the water lapping up against the rocks and the beautiful sea breezes was heavenly. Sitting on your private waterfront deck and watching the sailboats pass by was another plus. As you can see in the photos, it's a tiny house with a full-size bed, and the couch is small (I would say between a love seat and a full-size couch in length), so it's tight quarters if there are two people staying. A very short walk to The Pier Restaurant - lovely outdoor waterfront dining and cool ambiance. I had the oysters, seafood platter, shrimp with brioche. The oysters were magnificent. The other two were good. Extremely peaceful and relaxing. I didn't want to leave my serene abode.

We had a winter visit and despite it being freezing outside the house was nice and toasty and we appreciated the fast hot water for showering. No fenced yard for our dog but it's a nice area to walk around. Central location, close to restaurants. Would stay again.

The location was beautiful and the home was very cozy. Sitting on the screened porch, reading and enjoying the view of the yard and water was good for the soul. It was very quiet and we had all the amenities we needed.

Absolutely amazing house and location!! Our family had an incredible week spent enjoying the property & views, spending time watching the sunsets by the fire, and kayaking around the bay. It's a great spot to teach kids to paddle and our 7 and 9-year old both enjoyed learning on the still waters near the sandy beach. The property and house are both thoughtfully designed and have so many spots to relax, read, watch the birds, and take in the views - made it feel like there was never a reason to leave. We had an incredibly peaceful week and would love to visit again!!

The place is wonderful. We were down for Thanksgiving with my family and were travelling with our 2 dogs, Wally & Dolly. The location was perfect, close to Riviera Beach where our Family Thanksgiving Dinner was, very private, no noise or distractions for the dogs (that was great). The property was surrounded by water on three sides, great views! It is right next to Ft. Smallwood Park where we took the dogs for walks every day, they loved it. As for the house it was perfect for us, just about the size of our home, so that made it very comfortable for us. All one level, which made it great for us older people. It was furnished with very comfortable furniture. Lots of information about the local surroundings, things to do, and restaurants. Keith was wonderful to work with, very easy to communicate with which made the whole process very easy for us. We even had a conversation over the phone once we were in the house to make sure everything was to our liking, and we were happy !

We had a lovely stay at Patrick’s place! It had everything we needed for a long weekend on the shore. A very comfortable home. Patrick was extremely responsive and helpful, with easy check in and check out. The kitchen was particularly lovely and well appointed! The house number is a little small so keep an eye out. And the mosquitos were fierce - don’t forget bug spray! Thanks, Patrick!

We loved staying at Kim’s place! The house was super clean and had absolutely everything you would need. We loved hanging out on the dock and the screened in porch, hiking at Blackwater, and enjoying crabcakes at the nearby Old Salty’s. Such a great way to celebrate our anniversary weekend!

We loved our stay at Molly's air B &B. there were lots of toys to use on the river. The water views from the house were fantastic. The house was clean and comfortable. We loved taking a dip in the pool. Great communication with the host.

This property has a breathtakingly beautiful view of the water that has a fully fenced in yard…so you don’t have to worry about little ones getting into the water. The master bedroom and master bath was amazing. My extended family and I traveled from 4 different states to stay at this property and all of us were comfortable. The house had plenty of spaces to kit be on top of each other. I highly recommend booking this property. The host is very responsive and helpful. I will keep this property in mind for future stays.

The area and view are beautiful and the home's decor is welcoming. The home was very comfortable for our family group and had a VERY well-stocked kitchen. The master bed was VERY comfortable as were the rest of the beds. My husband and I slept well. We all felt at home. MJ was very responsive when I had questions and communicated about the property in clear, concise language. The host provided many outdoor recreation opportunities, which included paddleboards, kayaks, and life jackets. There was a nice sized pool but we were visiting out of season so we did not use it. The exercise room downstairs has a lot of equipment. We all enjoyed our time together. Our family is asking to come back again next year. Thanks for a great stay!

Sandy Feet Retreat in Colonial Beach was a great place to take my daughter and the grandkids for a 3 day Spring Break holiday. The condo was beautifully furnished and very well located on the boardwalk. My family loved having access to the beach right outside the condo and spent many hours collecting shells and sea glass. Fishing from the pier was a thrill for my grandson. I enjoyed peaceful mornings on the balcony and evening time there listening to the waves each day. Thank you Brittany for everything you do to assure a lovely stay for your guests.

We had a great weekend a gain. Enjoying Christmas in St Michaels. Your home is beautiful. We ate at Ava’s, Limoncello, Carpenters and Talbots. Shopped on Sunday. Highly recommend the house tour. She you again soon.🥰

Frank was an excellent host, and provided my friends and I a great stay in early April. Very clean, looks as advertised, and great for a private getaway.

Spent four days at Nina’s and it was so quiet and peaceful. Literally the only thing I heard was birds chirping and the water lapping the shore. House is very well appointed and very clean. Will recommend to friends and if I have a chance I would definitely go back.

Perfect place to rest and unwind for couple days. Lovely house with its very own private beach. Great for family fun. I enjoyed the stunning bay view. Being in front of the ocean and the sea breeze. House was clean and comfy. 2 rooms with ocean view. Ample garden space kiddo played around. The upper part of the house is off limits for private use . Only 1 bathroom but okay we were only 3. Loved walking around and exploring Salomon island parks and restaurants. Highly recommend the ruddy duck great food and friendly atmosphere and the island hideaway at Solomon’s. The house water had a sulphur smell making it unpleasant to shower / brush our teeth. Colin was great and communicative the whole time. Loved using one of the kayaks to paddle around the bay. Overall great stay and would come back easily loved the view.

Steve is a wonderful host. He greeted us warmly and gave us a very thorough tour of the house. He had recommendations for everything local that was of interest to us. He has a beautiful home and a beautiful setting on the water.

Rachel’s place was Awesome! The water view, pier, fire pit and house made us feel at home. We were in town for a funeral and Rachel was very accommodating. With check in and check out. Our family grew up in piney point just a short distance away and we were able to reminisce and site see of the past. The ruddy duck restaurant on the island was a great place to gather after. Thanks again!!

We loved this snug, little spot on the water. Watching the sunrise over the water made for enjoyable mornings. It had a full kitchen that made cooking our meals very easy. Two seating areas in the living area gave us room to spread out. Fast wifi....I even stayed online while I was down by the water. I wasn't a huge fan of the overly curious swans, but I did find some really nice pieces of sea glass down by the water. The heat in this house was great.

We loved our weekend trip to Lorie's. The house is clean and the perfect size for two people. The view is the best part! We really enjoyed sitting on the swing and dock watching the beautiful nature that surrounded us. Lorie was friendly and responsive. She also had lots of great reccomendations, which we followed up on and they were worth checking out. We will be back again!

An extraordinary place to rest & recharge. The views, the comfort of the home, and the gorgeous walking trails, through woods & beach are a perfect combination. Everything we needed & then some.

Our family traveled from South Carolina for a funeral in LaPlata MD (a short drive away from this home). Jane's property was just what we needed to accommodate our family of 6. The house was clean, comfortable and well equip with everything that was needed. The ping pong table in the garage provided much needed entertainment when we had down time. The views were absolutely beautiful and we can not wait to come back. While there we enjoyed crabs at Captain John's crab house a couple of miles away. I would totally recommend this home to anyone that is traveling for business, leisure or just a peaceful, quiet getaway. Thanks Jane for your hospitality and sharing your beautiful home with us.
