Holiday rentals with a hot tub in North Island

This was a stunning home for us to stay in for our 3 nights in Rotorua. A beautiful location with close proximity to the unique Redwood Forest. The home is beautifully and tastefully decorated with high end appliances and the bedding was very comfortable. If we were to visit the area again we would love to stay in this stunning home.

Nice quiet house and good location close to Skyline, the lake and a park. Plenty of space for our family of 6.

Mark’s AirBnB is an experience rather than a stay. Is a combination of coastal rural Nz right on the doorstep (short boat ride away) from a bustling town Raglan where there are 5 star restaurants, super markets and everything you would need or expect. And the accomodation itself is nestled on a cliff top with 180 views of the harbour and if Raglan. Private, the feeling of seclusion and neighbour free - the best of both worlds made better by a host that balances your needs with respectful distance. Make a pizza in the wood fired oven and then warm your bones in the spa boat and arching the harbour u til the sun melts away listening to birds evening song. We can’t wait to head back and hopefully catch the big uncle of the 12 lb snapper we caught in the raglan harbour!!! Outstanding place.

great place to stay and great hosts! perfect sized space for our family of 4. we loved having the BBQ and felt like the kitchen was well stocked. the house was a perfect base camp for our excursions. would def stay here again.

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend. the house itself was stunning, very homely with beautiful decor. The views were amazing and sitting in the spa pool looking out over the lake in the evenings was awesome. Super private and peaceful place. We'd love to come back again.

We have just arrived back in the UK after a three week stay at Lucy and Matt’s glorious home. Having their home as a base enabled us to see our family (who lived nearby) and host our family too. We had many many happy times relaxing in the garden and hearing the children (and adults!) splashing in the pool. The property was perfect. It was light and spacious and very welcoming. There are two lounges and four bedrooms so everyone had their own space. The patio and garden are a perfect size and the pool was certainly an added bonus. Lucy and Matt are very caring and responsive hosts and we are extremely grateful to them for sharing their beautiful home with us 🩷

We booked our getaway for 14 for my Mum’s 60th Birthday and the home absolutely exceeded all expectations. The space catered to us all, the location was so peaceful and relaxing with amazing views of the ocean. We enjoyed our stay so much we did not want to leave :) I would definitely look at booking again. Thank you to Karley for being an awesome host as well.

Great place, we actually thought the pictures didn’t do it justice! Spacious, well laid out and in good condition, we really enjoyed staying there! Kent was very good with communication and the only real niggle was the spa water was greenish when we opened it to go in. We contacted Kent and he talked us through what to do which rectified the issue but a shame nonetheless. That was a minor though, the rest was excellent! Highly recommend!

We had a great stay, the house was very nice with great views. It had everything we needed and was a very relaxing stay. The only thing worth noting is the driveway is very very steep & we had to walk down to meet the taxi van but our cars were able to make it up the driveway.

Absolutely gorgeous property. Comfortable beds and large bathrooms. It even smelled great when we arrived. We ordered the breakfast basket which was delivered with flowers and was so good. The bbq basket was also worth it. Cannot recommend this place highly enough.

Out of every place we stayed in New Zealand, this was by far our favorite. It was very clean, modern, spacious, great location, and the views were priceless. When we come back to NZ we will definitely stay here again. What an incredible place.

Sylvie’s house was an absolute dream!! Everything from the views, the decor, the location- it was all amazing. There were lots of little touches that made it feel like a really welcoming and comfortable home too (not a soulless holiday let), which made it even more special. Sylvie was incredibly warm, accommodating, and responsive- overall a really lovely host. Thank you for an amazing stay, we really hope to come back one day!

Pictures can't convey the beauty of this place. The road to the top is part of the experience, and just as amazing. The owners are extremely nice and even provided locally sourced breakfast and other goodies. the house was superbly clean and there are 360 views from literally everywhere in the house. We had a hard time leaving!

We stayed as 3 generations to attend a family wedding elsewhere . This house is perfect for bedroom privacy and quiet spaces . Open welcoming living /kitchen space to gather in

Amazing experience. My daughter and her fiance ended up using the booking due to my health. Mark was more than accommodating taking them on and letting them have a beautiful night away when I couldn’t. Highly recommended and I’ll stay there myself sometime.

Had a lovely 2 night stay at Mick's place. Excellent location - set up on the hill in quiet farmland made it feel really peaceful but just a short drive to Mangawhai town/shops/restaurants and beaches. The place was clean and tidy with a nice fireplace, and topped off with a hot tub outside under the stars. We loved that we could bring our dog with us and there was plenty of space for him to run around (on a long lead as not fenced). Mick was great to communicate with and we'd love to stay again

Wonderful little accomodation that is perfectly suitable for two people. Very clean, gorgeous location with a fantastic addition of a hot tub. Accomodation has everything that one could need all at a great price. Hosts were very helpful and quick to respond which we are very grateful for. Despite no assigned parking, we had no trouble parking the car right outside the accomodation on the road— so don’t let the no parking deter you. Thank you again for hosting us!

This was my second time staying here. I love coming here when I’m in the Wairarapa. It’s peaceful and quiet and the scenery in the evenings is amazing! Bed is comfortable and the shower is huge. The fireplace is awesome in winter too!

A beautiful place to stay, it was so relaxing. We loved listening to the sound of the river while relaxing by the fire. The outdoor bath was a wonderful, listening to the sound of the birds and the river as we soaked in the bath after a fun day exploring the area, was just lovely. Very friendly hosts. We highly recommend and hope to go back some day.

We wanted a pretty, peaceful and relaxing place to stay and this was perfect. Spotlessly clean, really comfortable bed, deliciously relaxing hot tub….. everything you could need was catered for. Waking up to magpies warbling , cattle mooing , and the stream babbling in the background was delightful. The off grid electrics and fire heated hot tub were all easy to operate. Thank you Vivian, Barry and family for a wonderful stay at your beautiful piece of paradise ! We would love to visit again and have recommended you to our friends and family .
