Loft holiday rentals in North Island

This is a fantastic central Wellington Apartment. You are right in the heart of the city, so can be a bit of street noise, but the payoff is there is a cafe at the front door, with a bakery. Two craft beer bars within 20 meters. Restaurants all easy walking distance. Maria has hosted us a few times now, and we will be back again.

What a great place to stay! Close enough to the city and all of its attractions and far enough away from the ‘sweet’ smells of Rotorua. We enjoyed the wonderful daytime views and starry nights. The accommodations were comfortable like our own home.

A perfect place for the Marlborough District and close to the Sounds. The Barn Apartment is in a fabulous and quiet garden setting, located in the heart of the vineyards - Renwick a 5 minute drive away with the Village, wineries and restaurants even closer. Andrew is a great host and shared his local knowledge on wineries/restaurants/etc. The apartment is set in the loft of a barn (in name only), was modern, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything we needed including some food essentials in the fridge on arrival. Highly recommended, thank you Andrew and Wendy.

A real gem on the Petone waterfront/esplanade! The place is as lovely as its hosts! Huge top floor all to yourself with 5 distinct areas: bedroom, bathroom, lounge, viewing section, TV nook. The pictures do not do it justice. Loved the ocean being opposite the house and the personal touches like hoisting the country of origin flag for the guests staying on their flag pole outside! Lesley and Lawry gave me the privacy I needed but were happy to socialise when I wanted some company too! Loved the little touches like breakfast provided in the self contained kitchen. Highly recommended, will book again in a heartbeat!

Absolutely beautiful view from farm hillside, looking out over Rotorua. Comfortable stay. Very friendly and approachable hosts. Loved our stay there.

Margaret was gracious and attentive when needed. I can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was. The entire place was well-furnished. The kitchen and bath were conveniently organized. The accomadations were spacious and the furnishings were comfortable from the sofas to the beds. The grounds were beautiful. I will be recommending Margaret's place to family members who will be visiting NZ later this year.

Perfect little bolthole in Wadestown. Ideal for the solo traveller. Geline was very accommodating when an unforeseen situation arose which we very much appreciated.

My wife and I recently enjoyed our stay in Belinda’s loft apartment in Auckland. The bed was comfortable, as was the living room furniture. All of the systems (A/C, internet, kitchen and laundry) worked well. We enjoyed coming back to our roomy, comfortable place after long days exploring the area. Also, our host was always very responsive and helpful when any questions arose. We can certainly recommend Belinda’s loft apartment in Auckland.

Great central apartment, hard to beat the location, middle of the city, supermarket downstairs, etc. Great kitchen and living area.

Steph waited for us to arrive and walked us through the checkin, as well as where to park our car. Apartment was a described, spacious and extremely comfortable. Only downside to our stay was a rather rowdy crowd in the square below on the Saturday night, Sunday night was very peaceful.

This is a fabulous Airbnb and honestly a highlight of our NZ trip! A good central location to visit Waitomo, Raglan, Putaruru, and several other cool rock climbing destinations! Paul, the host, was kind and welcoming, with lots of great recommendations and excellent taste! The Airbnb is stocked with all the amenities, cool photo books, good coffee and breakfast snacks! We loved the designerly decor of the property and the warm hospitality. Also loved the gated parking spot. 10/10 recommend! Only wish we could have stayed longer, thanks Paul!

A gorgeous space, central but still a little tucked away with the most peaceful view out to Albert Park. Highly recommend.

Great crash pad in a good location. Moon was very helpful and accommodating. Slept well, had a great shower, all good!
