Apartment holiday rentals in North Port

Apartment: Our family of four had a fantastic stay at this apartment. The proximity to the beach was perfect – it was private and offered breathtaking sunsets. The condo exceeded our expectations, appearing even better than in the photos. It was clean, spacious enough for us, and the kitchen, though compact, proved to be functional. Few TVs and clear instructions added to the overall convenience. Some beach equipment provided was a thoughtful touch. While the condo might come across as slightly outdated, it didn't bother us, especially considering the unbeatable combination of location, city vibe, neighborhood safety, and the reasonable pricing. Neighborhood: The surrounding area was truly delightful! Ideal for biking and safe evening walks, it's conveniently close to Venice Downtown for a variety of restaurants. Caspersen Beach, known for its shark teeth hunting, is also within close reach. The proximity of Legacy Trail adds value for bike enthusiasts.

Clean, easy access to Turtle Beach, Siesta Key, and Crescent Beach. Pool was refreshing and unit had all the beach gear, towels, linens, kitchen dishes and utensils we needed. We appreciated Dana's communication and flexibility to make our trip smooth and relaxing!

Great communication, really enjoyed the walkability of Burnt Store Marina. The home was spotless, and well equipped.

Everything was great about our stay: the location, the property, the communication. By far the best views of all 4 condos, lots of ocean on both sides. Tough choice between a cocktail on the lovely balcony and the sunny beach just steps away. The owner are very nice. The space is ample and quiet. Decent eating out near by. Perfect Florida vacation.

The condominium was very nice and the location was great! Pool, beach, boat dock and restaurants all accessible and easy to get to. Place was very clean and peaceful at night. Teens had fun using local trolley to get around key, shops and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. Michael was a great host!

We had a great stay! Clean accommodations, comfy bed, and helpful kitchen amenities made us feel right at home. We found lots of shark teeth on the shoreline!

Loved this little condo! We will definitely be back to visit, the location is perfect! Close to good restaurants, across the street from the beach and the actual community with the pool was perfect!

I can’t praise this place enough. This is a beautiful private getaway. Dan and his wife are lovely hosts. This place is comfortable and peaceful. It’s a great location, close to everything, yet somehow seems secluded and private at the same time. There is a little ice cream shop across the street that’s to die for. You cannot go wrong with this place! Thank you Dan for a wonderful vacation!

I had a great visit atJeff’s place. His condo has all the essentials and was in a very good location with easy access to pool, hot tub, tennis courts, etc. I hope to come back again.

We enjoyed our stay at Attila’s. Beautiful and clean space, great location. Will definitely be back to the area and his property again. Our entire stay was lovely!

Great stay! Thank you. We couldn't find the snorkel gear, but wasn't a big deal at all. There's plenty to do around Lemon Bay. Great music, fun bar scene, and once you get past the fence surrounding the beach, fun times searching for shark teeth.

We got to meet the friendly Host and her husband as they were walking out the door we were walking in they gave us several tips on the area.we walked into a cutely decorated spacious condo very well stocked and clean. The Host left us a welcome card and basket of goodies . we felt very at home right away. we also enjoyed the 2 bikes that came with the condo nice extra and nice pool and beach area. Also very centrally located to many things to do and restaurants. We definitely want to come back in the future. A wonderful place walking distance from the beach that was the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation! Would definitely stay there again!

The condo was just as described. Quiet, which is what my husband and I like. Everything you need is in the condo. Great view from the back porch. Lots to do within a short distance. Very clean and I should know because I clean other people’s houses myself. Thank you for a wonderful week. We will be back!

A perfect retreat located in the Burnt Store Marina development. We enjoyed a week at this condo which was centrally located between Cape Coral and Punta Gorda. The condo was extremely clean and very well organized. Beds were very comfortable and we loved the little extras, such as an insulated beach bag, and beach towels. Kitchen was well supplied with pots, pans, dishes, wine glasses, and even a small supply of spices as we often eat in while on vacation and it was very nice not to have to buy. As boating people, this is a great neighborhood. Definitely research boat rentals, tours, fishing charters if you’re thinking of fun things to do. The highlight was traveling to Boca Grande beaches (3 times!) which was just stunning. We really enjoyed the pool in the afternoons and going over to the Cass Cay restaurant in the evenings. Bill was very responsive with any questions we had!

The condo was very nice. Very clean and had everything we needed. We took the kayaks to Secret beach and it was an adventure getting there. We watched birds dive bombing fish and then eating them. the current was against us, but it was fun paddling to get there. The location is quiet and it's also close enough to everything we did. I would definitely stay again.

We very much enjoyed staying in Carlos and Jackie’s condo. Very nice furnishings and well equipped. If we had a question about anything, response was immediate. There are many stairs to get up to the condo, but the beautiful, warm pool and beach are only steps away! It’s about a mile walk to the restaurants. We loved it there!

Mile was a great host! Everything was just as described. She was very responsive and made sure that we had everything we needed.

Our first time staying at Jean's place and we fell in love! Being that We are Florida natives and came back home to Englewood to visit family, this was a treat! It was so sweet finally staying in an adorable Florida style air bnb when I used to clean them! Highly recommend for a quiet, peaceful, relaxing vacation. Condo had everything we needed! ONLY con was (pool is heated and stayed a little warmer than we'd preffered for the middle of summer)- should only be heated in winter months. Thank you Jean! 🩷Brittney, Alanna and Andrew

We had a lovely time staying here, it was close to everything. Walked to the grocery store across the street and checked out several beaches in the area. It was an easy drive to different places for day trips along the coast. The condo was very comfortable, loved the couch with recliners!! The beds were very comfortable with lovely linens and coverings. Thanks so much for a great week away!
