Exquisite 3 BR 2 BA Pool Home

This unique house has a style all its own. Decorated with warm and stylish décor with a beach splash. This home is a newer build, early 2020. It is located in a cozy neighborhood, but yet close to malls, stores, restaurants, etc. We are approximately 20-25 minutes from the beautiful Venice beaches and 10 miles from the Punta Gorda beaches. You can also enjoy the pool off the back of the house that features a covered lanai and grill. Come relax and enjoy a great experience!

The outdoor area features a screened-in space encompassing a heated pool and spa. Surrounding the water, a stone patio offers room for relaxation. Lush greenery is visible beyond the pool, along with a clear blue sky overhead, contributing to a serene setting.
