Countless features such as a main chef kitchen and a pool kitchen. Two laundry rooms. Quiet neighborhood, cul-de-sac, located just a 3 min. walk from the beach.

The many amenities include: workout room with dry sauna, outdoor pool with cabana serving breakfast and lunch, heated pool, basketball/pickleball, playground, bocce ball, putting green, coffee & ice cream shop, arcade and a bar and grill. Beach fun and relaxation await you!
