Iconic 17th Century Thatched Cottage

Enjoy the beautiful garden in the summer sunshine or hunker down next to the fire in the winter, Hoo Cottage has it all! It is one of the few thatched Cotswold Stone properties, tucked away in the idyllic village of Chipping Campden. We have done our best to bringing out the distinctive character of this historic property, while furnishing it in a luxurious rustic style. The history of the cottage is still up to debate. However, we have found evidence of it playing a role as the village bakery.

The Barn. Hot tub optional extra.

Overlooking the Chilterns, dating back to 1740 Marquis House was originally a pub. The Barn is where the beer was kept, but now it offers sumptuous accommodation for you to relax. Independent access and self contained for your privacy. The Barn has everything you need including a log burner and 50" TV in the lounge, a hand made King Size bed and an extensive kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine (open the stable door to take in the view). Optional log fired hot tub.

The Cobbles

Brand New for April 2023! The Cobbles is a self contained spacious one bedroom cottage with a private entrance. Fully equipped kitchen diner, sitting room with log burner and sofa bed. Super king bed and en suite bathroom with walk in shower. Free private parking with plenty of space for trailers. Situated at the end of a 1/2 mile long drive The Cobbles manages to make you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere when you are only a mile from the A43 and the local town of Towcester.

‘Santina’ Shepherd's Hut with hot tub & open views

Santina is the perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of life! Positioned in a field behind our farmhouse, the shepherd hut is surrounded by farm land. Guests can enjoy relaxing in the hot tub (** see 'details to note' re cost) or star gazing by the fire pit under skies that are not interrupted by streetlamps before retiring to the cosiness of the hut which is heated by a log burner. Lots of lovely local walks. Easy access to the A14 & A1 and perfect location for exploring local villages.

Hunters Lodge Warwickshire

A luxurious self catered barn conversion offering a unique and romantic escape nestled in the picturesque Warwickshire countryside. Tucked away in around 5 acres of tranquil pasture and woodland on the outskirts of a small Warwickshire village. The Hoot is a luxury wooden hut for two seeking a little reset time. Hidden within our little wood, (planted by us!) it’s a chance to retreat from the hustle and bustle for a while - watch the pheasants wandering by or if you are lucky you may get a visit from deer and hares too. Off grid, eco friendly escape. Hot tub available by arrangement.
