Monthly Rentals in Northeast Washington

The location was perfect for the event we were attending. It was easy to get an Uber/Lyft and had restaurants and activities as well as a Target within easy walking distance. The host was very receptive to questions and provided local recommendations. Responses were quick, professional, and seemed genuinely interested in me. The unit itself was in excellent conditions and provided all you could need. The bed was comfortable and the towels were soft and fluffy. The barstools and chair in the living room were also comfy. The couch was a loveseat. The only improvement I could imagine is a larger couch or a comfortable ottoman for propping up your feet to watch tv. The neighborhood is “up and coming,” so just go in open to that and it will be a great experience. I would definitely return. Thank you for a great stay!

Mary is a great host! Repsonsive, friendly, and has a wonderful place. She was upfront about a there being some noise from footsteps above, but it is a family and not bad at all. Located in a beautiful neighborhood as well. Would 10/10 stay again.

Great place for long-term stays. Easy drive (or metro) to downtown, and in a walkable neighborhood. Full kitchen including full-size fridge, plus a washer and dryer. Tom was friendly and provided great communication. Everything was clean and the access to laundry was super helpful. I would stay there again!

This Airbnb is beyond perfect. It’s located in a beautiful, peaceful garden where you can listen to birds and watch squirrels playing around. The house and amenities are exactly as described and spotlessly clean. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the metro and a nearby 7- eleven. And last but not least, the hosts—Colleen and Paul, who live upstairs—are absolutely wonderful. They have such warm and generous hearts. Not only did they help us with everything related to our stay, but they also supported us with things beyond it. I feel truly lucky to have met them. Highly recommended!
