Two Thirty-Five Luxury Suites: Orchard Suite

We offer great accommodations for family and friends coming into town because we offer more space than your typical hotel room. All four suites, ranging between 1,200 to 1,500 square feet, accommodate up to six guests and feature three bedrooms with California King beds, three bathrooms, a spacious living room, dining area, a full-size gourmet kitchen, as well as a washer and dryer. Sleeps up to 2 people. * PLEASE NOTE: this Studio is PET-FREE - sorry, NO pets/dogs allowed, and does NOT have a kitchen (no stove/oven).

Tranquil Courtyard 2 Double Beds

This courtyard room has TWO extra-long Full Size beds (length of a queen bed but width of a full). The entrance to this room is in our little oasis of a courtyard. Filled with blooming flowers and cobblestone walkways. This is a small family-run motel in the Marina district, close to Cow Hollow and Pacific Heights. You’ll love it here because of the neighborhood, the coziness, and the free off-street parking.This room is not pet friendly.
