Located on the ridge above Highway 1, Ocean Suite faces the Southern sky & is often sunny, warm, & wind-free compared to surrounding areas.

A beautifully secluded area (40+ acres) surrounded by natural beauty with lovely views of Elkhorn Slough and the Pacific Ocean, away from the maddening crowd. Yet, accessible to Carmel / Pebble Beach / Santa Cruz. A variety of outdoor activities, including hiking, bicycling, kayaking, golfing and whale watching. A full breakfast is served daily. It should also be noted it is a gated property and the home is accessed through a dirt / gravel private country lane which is 0.75 mile from the gate.

Its remote location, 6 minutes drive above the town of Oregon House, is an ideal spot for a getaway. With the entire apartment to yourself it can be a perfect retreat, a romantic weekend, or a quiet work/study space. A place to relax, meditate, read and feel a world away from everyday concerns. No same day reservations accepted.

And wake up in the mornings to the mist in the trees when the fog rolls in.

Three Ponds

No cleaning fee! Private suite .Fish our ponds and enjoy 7 acres of serenity @ play our 9 hole discgolf! 5 minutes to downtown Grass Valley. One hour to the ski slopes of Lake Tahoe, 1 hour to Sacramento. Our house has been divided into two! We will be on one side of the house with a door separating us from the guest area. Guest area has separate entrance, it's own living room, kitchenette, 2 bedrooms and bathroom, laundry area. Pet friendly. If you have pet allergies don't be book.

Cruising up the long drive-way, you'll be welcomed by our mustang, and adorable donkeys . We welcome guests of all backgrounds and love making new friends. Enjoy the view of the snow capped Sierras while soaking in the hot tub, reading on the private porch, or sitting next to the cozy fireplace indoors. Private, secluded Guest Suite with private entrance. A new kitchenette has been added for convenient cooking. Play a game of shuffleboard or sip a glass of wine while sitting by the outdoor fire pit. Our home is nestled under a canopy of conifers next door to the Tahoe National Forest and only a 5 minutes drive to downtown Nevada City.

Redwood Cottage & Hot Tub

Enjoy this peaceful redwood retreat tucked away in the Santa Cruz Mountains. This small private cottage comes with a private hot tub, outdoor shower, propane fire pit and hammock. You'll be 10 minutes to downtown Felton and 25 minutes to Santa Cruz. The cottage is on a shared property and next door to the main house. Please note there is no indoor shower (outdoor only). Although 4 wheel is needed, THE ROAD IS RURAL, NARROW AND STEEP. Ideal for confident drivers. Permit #211304
