Apartment holiday rentals in Northern Thailand

Large and well-appointed apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood. I really liked all of the cooking supplies and comfortable furniture. Another benefit was the large number of windows so that I didn't need to run the air conditioning except for the bedroom at night. Aun was a very friendly and cooperative hostess and let me store my bags both before I checked in and after I checked out. It is surrounded by shopping malls, restaurants, and grocery stores, but few are within quick walking distance. It really helps to have a scooter in this area, and there is covered parking for one with the apartment.

The house was pleasant, tidy, and spacious. There was also a gym and pool facilities, and it was convenient to book cafes and travel packages on the first floor. However, there are entertainment establishments in front of and around the condo, so it may be a little inconvenient if you are accompanied by children.

Second time we’ve stayed with Geoff and Yumi. There is no downside to staying with them. Lovely couple and beautiful place to stay 🙏 thank you to the two of you

The apartment owned by Mam is very nice, spacious and comfortable, in a good location, although in the downtown area, it is quiet to sleep at night. Only the living room and bathroom were not very clean when I arrived on the first day. Even with the opportunity, I would stay again. I recommend this apartment!

Great location in Nimman, easy to walk to restaurants and bars and more peaceful than in the old town. The host communication was great and the check in and check out was very smooth. The pool was lovely.

Really great place. For nothing, wifi, a proper kitchen. Washing machine, hot shower, and beautiful neighborhood. Everything was perfect.

John's apartment was perfect for our 3 night stay, and in a great location. The building itself is modern with great facilities. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed and we were impressed with the complimentary water and eggs/bacon provided. The bed was really comfy. All the instructions were really clear and John provided a super helpful video too, and was very quick to reply to questions. Highly recommend John's place to explore beautiful Chiang Mai. We wish we could have stayed longer!

We just spent five nights here and had a great time. The apartment is well equipped, in good condition and comfortable. The apartment block feels very safe and well maintained. We are a couple but I can see how this space could work for 3/4 as there is a sliding wall to separate the two sleeping areas. Nimman is a modern, bustly part of Chiang Mai, lots of cafes, restaurants and bars. A Grab cab will get you into the old town or riverside area in about 15 minutes and 100bht

I felt like i stayed in a lovely gallery! Really love the interior design, the paintings and potteries made the house look so nice and cozy! And the hosts are always friendly and responsive! Thank you I had a great time staying there:)

Lanna’s place was perfect! It reminded me of my home - like home away from home. Lanna was probably by far one of the most helpful kind hosts I have experienced - I ended up injuring my ankle and lanna went out of her way to find her walking cast for me to try. As well as pulling up clinics - hospital and pharmacy for me. She is such a kind soul 💕 Her home was one of my favorite airbnbs I have stayed in

Overall loved staying in Hua’s flat - its great value for money, well located and the building amenities are really great. The flat was overall really comfortable and we would’ve loved to have stayed longer. The only improvements could’ve been more detail about how to check in and out, as well as more pillows and a comfier mattress but overall really good value and we loved our stay.

The room is very clean and tidy, the bed covers also smell of fragrance, very comfortable to stay in, and the bed is also good to sleep!Favorite room with bathtub, kitchen and washing machine, and swimming pool on the ground floor☺️☺️ In addition, the apartment building is very safe, the location is also very good, I will definitely choose to stay again next time in Chiang Mai,❤️ but because the airport is nearby, there will be the sound of airplanes, it is recommended to prepare earplugs ~
