Pet-friendly holiday rentals in Northern Thailand

There are many very nice and old trees in the yard, there is an oversized fish pond, a lot of nice carp, the sunset in the evening is beautiful, the big kitchen boiling has gas, there is daily cleaning, cleaning the yard, picking up the yard in the evening, a lot of outdoor table and chairs, you can freely choose to eat and drink tea in different scenery, we stayed for 7 days, the outside spots and restaurants are not as nice here, really is the feeling of living in the scenery, so much

We had a wonderful stay with our 4 children at Am's. The house is very nice and very well located. We were able to fully enjoy our two days, the city and the saturday night market. I would highly recommend it

What a lovely place! It’s above a Chinese tea house and very private. It took us a bit to find it. The room is small but well organized for two people! You can tell that the host has excellent taste. He also recommended us things to do which is so helpful!!! Only downside is it’s not easy if you have a car and need to find parking.

A highly recommended place to stay in Chiang Mai. The location is excellent, away from the traffic jams of the old city, but not far from the old city, and the transportation is convenient. We drove by ourselves and spent four nights here. There is a convenient parking place in the yard. The house is very safe. There are several local families in the yard, and they are all very kind. Opposite the house is the river, and you can drink beer and eat hot pot in the restaurant opposite. Turn right and 1 km away is the famous local fruit and vegetable market, where you can buy cheap and good durian. There are many markets around, waiting for you to explore. I will stay here again next time I come to Chiang Mai. Summer is a wonderful person, she gives us a lot of help.

Tolani's place was perfect for our large group to all stay in one compound. street food started just around the corner and easy to hail a tuktuk or taxi from the main road. Ying the maid kept everything fresh and clean during the day and did a great job. would stay here again if I came back to Chiang Mai with a large group

If you are looking for a peaceful,private and beautiful place away from Chiangmai ,this is it. 20 to 30 minute drive from city centre( white public taxis 20 Bhat per person and until 6pm, every 5 or 10 minutes from near the stay and back from the city at Thamel Coffee) This is probably a 5 minute drive from the nearest town center which has supermarkets, an evening market, spas, cafes and shops. The only con was there were mosquitoes in the area and it is not for people who are looking to party or tourist attractions, this is more for just enjoying the nature and local life. The place is very calm, has beautiful surroundings, a pretty stream, an adorable Maximus the pet dog and a very sweet host couple! They made our stay very special and helped us out when we needed! The cottage has a lot of space, and all things you would need for a good stay including washer, kitchen stuff, pool, A/C and other necessities.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! Tucked away from the city's hustle and bustle, it offers a peaceful retreat. Despite being off - the - beaten - path, there are small convenient stores nearby, which is really handy. Since we hired a car, getting around was a breeze. I'd recommend families traveling here to consider car - hiring for easy exploration. The driver, Chat, was incredibly friendly. He made every journey enjoyable with his warm personality. The breakfast served daily was outstanding. For the price, it was such a great deal, filled with a wide variety of delicious items. The host and her husband were extremely helpful. They provided us with local tips, recommendations on places to visit, and made sure we had everything we needed. I can't recommend this place enough! It truly made my trip unforgettable.

The Cyngam Resort is a truly unique place to stay and experience the delights of Chiang Mai. Whilst it’s in a pretty rural setting it’s still only 20 mins via Grab taxi and a 25 minute walk to local restaurants and shops. I’d describe the accommodation as ‘shabby chic’ full of rustic charm and character. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, spacious and comfortable although we did experience some noises in a couple of the bedrooms from the pool filter. We also experienced recurring problems with the hot water to the showers although the fantastic Aor and her team did their very best to resolve the problems as best they could. In fact, the biggest positive of the resort was the friendliness of the staff and the hospitality and support given during our stay and also via prompt communication before our arrival in helping us to plan our week. I would definitely recommend Cyngam for those looking for a unique way to stay in Chiang Mai

I highly recommend this place. The host is really nice and helpful. She helped us for the transport from and back to the airport. The breakfasts were excellent and I recommend taking the BBQ. One of our best meal experience in Thaïland.

Everything about the villa was perfect. And the communication from the hosts was excellent before, during and after our stay. The location was great and the daily clening and making of the beds was an added bonus. Highly recommend the villa and I will certainly book again when I'm back in Chiang Mai.

We stayed here because four of us were going on a friendship trip to Chiang Mai. * What you loved 1. Very pretty accommodation The accommodation is beautiful. From the first time I went in, the place was really pretty, so I took a lot of pictures. 2. Private pool You can use the pool at any time, and we were able to have fun. 3. 1 person per room (for 4 people) The bathroom was also in every room, so it was very comfortable!! 4. Friendly host They responded quickly and kindly to our inquiries. They also immediately listened to my requests. 5. Supplies are sufficiently equipped. It was so prepared that there was nothing missing from mosquito repellent to kitchen utensils, so I used it conveniently. * Cons 1. Location -It was inside the alley, so it was a little difficult to find the entrance at first. To get out of town, you have to walk out of the alley quite a bit, and the alleys are dark and sparsely crowded. = > Even if there were four women, it could be dangerous at night, so even when it was close, I always held a bolt to move. But it was like a tour to see the city on a bolt, and it was nice in its own way:) 2. Security -The gate was a lock, and the front door on the 1st and 2nd floors was a door lock. There was no security guard, so I slept with all the windows locked. As a result, nothing happened, but it was a little scary. 3. Swimming pool -It's pretty deep. It's about 160cm and the water fills up to your neck. But we had fun! If I visit Chiang Mai again next time, this is the place I want to visit again. When we booked the accommodation, there weren't many reviews, so I only saw one blog, and now it's quite up. Try Villa mandiri!

Cozy, Convenient, and Peaceful Stay I had the opportunity to stay here, and I must say I was truly impressed! The house is lovely and cozy, located in an incredibly convenient spot. There’s a 7-Eleven right at the entrance of the village and a Lotus within walking distance, making it super easy to buy fresh groceries without any hassle. The house itself features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, providing plenty of space and comfort. It also comes with both a Thai and a Western kitchen, perfect for those who enjoy cooking in different styles. What makes this place even more special is the peaceful and quiet environment around the village, making it ideal for relaxation. On top of that, the host is incredibly kind and always willing to help, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay. I truly loved my time here and will definitely come back again!

The house is located in the village next to the road. This is the first time my parents and I have come to Chiang Mai and we are looking forward to this journey❤️Tatum was kind enough to answer questions and recommend places to go around! Tatum found out that my father is a chef from China and recommende..As our family of three stayed in the house, it was great that the house had a children's room that met my staying needs, as well as having two bathrooms and a large fridge!🤩On the day we arrived in Chiang Mai, Tatum also helped us contact a motorcycle dealer! Thank you very much! If the next time my family has the opportunity to return to Chiang Mai, I will not hesitate to stay at Tatum's house!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

After my stay at Utopai I feel grateful and deeply refreshed. Here I had the best sleep since a long time, accompanied by the quiet sound of a small creek flowing by.. It is a special and unique place and I wish to come back someday… Mon and Cliff are very kind, caring and helpful. I very much enjoyed talking to and meeting both of them. Quite easy to check in,really suitable for family travel, also pet friendly! House host very nice, easy to communicate! Can walk to Tha Phae Gate and also Saturday night market. Near by temple so you will hear ring bell at 5:00am, but it’s not a problem for me. Anyway it’s quite nice place to stay!
