Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Northern Thailand

Jiw and her husband were very kind and passionate!!! They picked us up at the Chiang Mai airport and directly to their house. Very smooth check in and excellent stay experience in Chiang Mai.

Really enjoyed our stay! House is very new, clean and furnished with a lot of taste, everything worked well including ACs. The host was very responsive and keen to help. The area is generally easy to get around assuming you have a car available. Can highly recommend staying here!

This is by far the best place we've stayed at during our 8 months in Southeast Asia. The place is absolutely beautiful - more beautiful than in the photos. Stunning sunsets every day, bana trees everywhere, so many birds to watch from the terrace. It simply doesn't get better than this. The house is more spacious than we expected and it had everything you might need. The bed is comfy and internet is very fast and stable - over 500mbps in testing. Perfect for remote workers - we could work on the terrace by the entrance, terrace on the sunset side and either of the rooms. The common kitchen is big, spacious and has everything you might need. Hosts are extremely helpful and nice - we had some joint dinners and celebrations for the lantern festival and new years. It takes about 30 min on the bike to get to the city center, but there are local restaurants and you have Grab here too. We're definitely coming back. It's the perfect place if you want some peace and nature.

It is very conveniently located, easy to reach Maya Mall and Ningman road for shopping and eating various local food . The host is also very warm hearted to help you before and during the stay

John was a very engaging host. Nothing was too much to ask. Having bottled water in the fridge waiting for our arrival was great but then more bottles in the fridge on day 5 when cleaning was done. This was not expected but a very nice surprise. Juice cocktails were also provided by the host near the pool area. Nothing was too much for John. House in a lovely quiet area but close walking distance to markets, restaurants and bars. Locals very friendly. Highly recommend John’s house to stay in Chiang Mai. Great city to visit.

We loved Daria’s place - bright, cozy, surrounded by trees, and stocked with essentials for everyday living Neighborhood is also our favorite part of Chiang Mai - peaceful but walkable to coffee + restaurants and cafes. Will stay again

Mameaw's place was truly exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcomed. The apartment was spotless, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything we could possibly need. The apartment is located very close to the mall, which was incredibly convenient. The complex also boasts amazing amenities, including a gym, multiple pools, a co-working space, fast internet, and so much more. Mameaw was an incredibly thoughtful host. She always responded promptly to any questions. We highly recommend staying at Mameaw's place – it's a fantastic option for anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and unforgettable experience. We would give 6 stars if we could!!!

Garn is a friendly and communicative host. The apartment was exactly how it is described on Airbnb. The Internet is fast and worked with no problems and the building is in a good location. Recommended

It's exactly as you see in the picture. 4 families were able to stay comfortably Everything was clean, and it was very close to Central Festival. This is a quiet place for families to stay together. The location of the room was also really nice and the pool view was good from the veranda. You may be wondering because of the construction noise these days, but you can't hear the noise in this room. It was very satisfying for the price The host also helps us stay actively and comfortably. However, the shoe rack was a bit of a pity. And since the pool is not hot water, we recommend swimming in the hottest time!

This was a very nice accommodation, walkable with a tour place in the first floor. (Ask for Pat at the tour guide place he was amazing) very nice cafe in the lobby and a nail salon. The house itself was very cute. One thing I will mention is the bathroom had a mildew smell with some areas that definitely could be scrubbed to reduce the mildew smell. But other than that the space was amazing, ac , soft bed , cute kitchen , nice balcony. She also provided a guide book with a bunch of recommendations and taxi help if needed. I would definitely recommend this place as Natasa was an amazing host. I will definitely be back should I go back to chiang mai. It truly was a home away from home💜💜💜

Dao’s place was so homey. We didn’t want to leave!! He was very communicative and gave us very clear instructions on what to do to get in. Loved every minute of our stay.

Great place! Great Host!

I lived in Thailand for the first time for two months. Before our departure, I was worried a lot, but it has been a home away from home since moving into the house. If you talk about the inconvenience, peecha was able to solve it as soon as possible. It's an accommodation I'd like to come again next time I'm here.

The place is near to airport which is a plus point and great restaurants are nearby. However, keep in mind that it is in the city so if you want to stay in mountains then you must look for other option but if you want to stay in city and visit mountains on day trip then this place is a great option because it’s in the centre.

There is a Central department store right next door, and there is a swimming pool and gym inside the condo, so you don't have to go far to get most of the infrastructure. The accommodation was clean and nice. I recommend it to those who are staying for a long time.
