It's the oldest building in Brookville and has recently been completely restored. Included in this rental is a second floor private bedroom with two twin beds, and parasols dreamily hanging overhead. A full bath is next door, only shared with guests from one other room.

Mary’s Room is named for Mary Dupuy, the wife of William Spencer, who the home is named for. While it’s not known if she kept a separate bedroom of her own, this room—with its hand-carved 1880s antique queen bed—would have been both inviting and comfortable. The room features two floor-to-ceiling windows that fill the space with light. Two closets have been thoughtfully converted into a private, in-room bathroom, providing modern comfort while preserving the historic character of the house.

Some include Waldameer amusement park, Hamot and St Vincent hospitals, Bayfront convention center. 15 minutes from the Erie International Airport, 15 minutes from Presque Isle State park, 15 mintues from LECOM and only 8 mintues from the Erie Insurance Arena downtown. We also share our home with some furry friends.
