First floor has open living area/kitchen, with functional antique wood walk in cooler, 1/2 bath, bar and garage door which opens to deck. Eat on China plates in the formal dining room or use paper plates with access to a grill. Less than 15 minutes to the Grove city outlets and 6 miles to the state game lands.

This is a secluded cabin in the woods on 10 acres. Hunting is available on additional land as well. Close to the Allegheny River and lots of hiking on the Allegheny National Forest. Enjoy watching the wildlife out the front bay window as well as hiking and exploring the backyard woods. Outdoor fire pit is available with firewood provided. This is a cozy place to get away and relax. Wi-Fi now available through Starlink! Drinking water is provided due to the sulphur smell in the water.

Guesthouse is available only May-mid Oct as an add-on rental but will be occupied Nov-April with a Winter tenant. Overlook the lake in porch gliders w your coffee. Suitable for a memorable couples getaway or small family vacation.

We have 2 bikes, a fire pit and plenty of seating on the oversized deck to enjoy your view of bald eagles flying along the shore.
