The building is exceptional and has a pool comparable to that of resorts, a gym and a lap pool (for swimming) on the rooftop, on the 23rd floor, with an incredible view of BH. Within a 5-minute walk, you can reach several cafes, snack bars, bars, and restaurants.

You will enjoy your stay in a cozy and comfortable place. It´s a lovely 2 bedrooms and 2 baths in a walking distance to the Biocor, Vila da Serra Hospital and Mater Dei. You´ll have privacy once the apartment is located in the back of the building, far from the noise of the street. If you like working out we have a nice gym in the building as well as a jacuzzi, heated swiming pool, outside barbecue, area a work station and a playground for the kids.
