The apartment without balcony is located on the second floor of a new stylish house. It is only 50 m from the sea. The location is ideal for swimming, walking on the beach. The apartment is fully equipped with a large bathroom and bedroom, in the smaller kitchenette there is everything you need to prepare food. It's made for a couple's time. To keep you free of worries when you arrive late, the apartment has water for refreshment, coffee capsules for the first morning, and a disposable shower gel in the bathroom.

Apartman za najviše 4 osobe. Blizu plaže, centra, restorana i autobusne stanice. Potpuno obnovljen 2024.g. Sastoji se od spavaće sobe, dnevne sobe, kuhinje s perilicom suđa, kupaonice, balkona. Ima oko 30 m2, besplatan parking, klima Wi-fi i korištenja roštilja u dvorištu. U spavaćoj sobi je bračni krevet za dvije osobe, a u dnevnoj sobi je trosjed koji se razvuče u ležaj za dvije osobe. Udaljen je od plaže oko 150-200 m, isto toliko do autobusne stanice koji vozi do Zrća. Do centra oko 750 m.

Beach Apartment in Stara Novalja

Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. This appartment is best option for family who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)

Our apartment is settled in a great location, on a seafront, only 50 meters from the beach. Town center is a minute walk. This is a one bedroom apartment with living room, kitchenette, bathroom, and big terrace. Interior space has a total of 44 square meters, with 20 square meters of terrace. In the bedroom, we have a double bed of 180 cm width and a single bed. There's a sofa bed in the living room where two can sleep, if necessary. Equipped with air-conditioning, wi-fi, tv.

Calm and quite villa with lot of green in big yard and the beach of private characteristics. Only three apartments in this Villa guarantee a pleasant stay without the crowds. The apartments are spacious, with large terraces overlooking the sea and are fully equipped with all furniture, appliances and air conditioning. The beach is accessed by several steps from the yard. It has a sandy part suitable for small children, shade but a concrete pier and access by boat.
