Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.

Leave your car in your parking space (no small trucks) and use the public bus in front of the house. The festival evening🎻🍾🌜is a 20-minute walk without traffic jams, along Lake Constance, relaxing. The house is directly on the Weiß campsite and Natura 2000 area.

You won't soon forget your time in the tiny house. Kitchen , bathroom with shower and toilet,floor heating , wood stove . Next to the horse pasture and very close to the A7 between Ulm and Memmingen . We are a farm with horses, a dog, a cat and chickens. Memmingen, with its romantic old town, invites you to stroll around and stop for a bite to eat. You can also book horsemanship, herbal courses or horseback riding. Breakfast on request!

Great architect's apartment, roof terrace, close to the lake

You will be living in a modern and extraordinary apartment of an architect. It comprises several levels, from the entrance on the ground floor to the roof terrace: It has a bedroom to the east on the 2nd floor, a bright shower room, a separate living/dining room on the 3rd floor, a small kitchenette, a loggia to the west and a large roof terrace above the 2nd floor with 360° view. Enjoy a few nice days in our panoramic suite with balcony on the first floor directly on the shore of Lake Forggen with unique views of the lake, the Allgäu mountains and the royal castles. The bedroom is a separate room. In the living area there is also a sofa bed which can be pulled out and thus offers space for 2 more guests (only for an extra charge). Playground and playroom available in the hotel. Animals are not allowed.
