Enjoy your time out in our 50 m², renovated apartment at an altitude of 900 m – ideal for up to 4 people. Modern furnishings meet a cozy ambience with natural stone floors, real wood parquet and underfloor heating. You will find a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200), a sofa bed (150 x 210), a fully equipped kitchen, terrace with garden use, free Wi-Fi and parking. Sauna and Jacuzzi can be used privately for an additional fee – perfect for relaxing.

Luxurious 2-room suite (approx. 100 m²) with underground parking space. The location is very central in the heart of Kempten, right next to the pedestrian zone. The apartment is on the 7th floor, which you can easily reach by elevator from the underground car park. Living room and bedroom offer a beautiful view of the city towards the north and east. Ideal for couples, families and business travelers.

My place is close to Bregenzerwald, art and culture, restaurants and food, great views, Lake Constance, bike paths, Nagelfluhkette, Nordic Sport Park, Alpsee, Oberstaufen. You'll love my place because of the coziness and the view. My place is good for couples and families (with kids). Since our conversion in autumn 2018, our house has received a new facade and a new 30m² terrace for the apartment.

Our cozy apartment is located in Lindau on Lake Constance only about 2 km from the city center. You can reach the city center in a few minutes by car, bike or bus. A fireplace, the organic pool in the garden and an outdoor hot tub with a constant 36°C ensure relaxation in any weather. Bicycles can be stored in our garage.
