Immenstadt is located in the heart of the Allgäu in the middle of the Allgäu Alps in the Alpsee-Grünten holiday region. The apartment is close to the center and is the ideal starting point for mountain, ski and swimming excursions. The Kleinwalsertal in Austria is about 30 minutes away by car.

The 50sqm apartment was put together with a lot of love to detail. The main living area has a fully equiped kitchen, a dinning area and a sleeper sofa. The bedroom and bath are seperate from the living area. Outside there is a terrace with a view on to the mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift. There is enough space for skis, bikes, etc.

The Parsenn ski lift and the Wäldele-Egg cross-country ski run are only a few meters away.

Alpenu Hütte, well guad duad

Servus im Alpenu, our small hideaway at 1,044 meters above sea level in the Allgäu Alps. With a great deal of care, we have transformed a former alpine hut into a small refuge for - up to 4 adults and - Up to 4 children created. A lot of wood, glass, stone and passion were processed here down to the smallest detail and you can breathe completely undisturbed here and leave everyday life behind you.

In our cozy apartment you can enjoy the unobstructed view of the mountains. There is an activity for everyone in the holiday region. You can feel comfortable as a couple or as a family. On large living room there is a sofa bed 1.60 x 2.00. In the bedroom (no window to the outside, but enough light), there are 2 new box spring beds. The new bathroom features a shower tub, as well as toillette and sinks.
