Kleines, neu renoviertes Appartment in einfacher Umgebung in der Münchener City Ost, das ich in der Woche für Projektarbeit in München selbst nutze und ansonsten gern vermiete. U-Bahn Kolumbusplatz ist 100m entfernt mit direkter Anbindung an die Innenstadt (Sendlinger Tor = 2 Stationen, Messe = 9 Stationen). Geschäfte wie Bäcker, Rewe, Edeka, Rossmann und Apotheke sind in Fußnähe. Sehr empfehlenswertes Italienisches Restaurant und weitere interessante Gastronomie ebenfalls. Enjoy your stay! 🙂

Rest and stay awhile at this cozy little gem in Munich’s Obergiesing neighborhood. My attic apartment is located on the top floor of a row house and has everything you need for a comfortable stay in this beautiful city. The neighborhood has cute coffee shops, restaurants, and supermarkets within walking distance. The Ubahn (subway) is a five-minute walk, and you can be at the Hauptbahnhof central station in 15 minutes.
