Holiday home with sauna & jacuzzi

Sit back and relax – in this quiet, stylish accommodation with its own garden, sauna and hot tub and direct access to the hiking trails in the beautiful Harz Mountains. The colorful city of Wernigerode with its cultural and culinary offerings and the beautiful half-timbered houses is within walking distance (about 10 to 15 minutes). Our vacation home was completed in the summer of 2025 and offers every comfort (2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, underfloor heating, fireplace, open kitchen/dining area).

Time out on the Bodeufer (nature/sports/climbing)

Located directly on the Harzer-Hexen-Stieg and a nature reserve, directly surrounded by river, rocks and a historic hydroelectric power station, you will find a unique accommodation on an extensive area. Here you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of nature. For more active days, a private universal sports field and a summer tent from April to October are available, or you can take advantage of other accommodation offers. Very modern and generously equipped - this villa is perfect for relaxing and exploring the area with the whole family or friends. There are wonderful opportunities for hiking directly from the house as well as for trips to Wernigerode, Thale and Stolberg. In winter you can perfectly ski nearby.

The Harz-Butze, "Arrival" - "Vacation"

Our apartment has about 70 m² of living space divided into 3 rooms, hallway and bathroom, a great size for 4 to 6 people. The center of life (dining area, sofa/TV area and kitchen) is lovingly and cozily furnished. The bedroom with 1.8 x 2 meter double bed is very spacious and has a separate access, as well as the center of life, to the large (18 m²) south balcony. Our sleeping loft is equipped with a high-quality 3-story bed. Your own sauna to feel good.

With sauna, fireplace, library, garden, sun balcony and technically up to date, nothing is missing for a perfect vacation, whether as a family or in romantic togetherness. The beautiful wooden floors, the large windows, the kitchen-living room and the distinctive bedrooms in different styles of the 20th century, make the stay an experience.

The holiday home is located on the outskirts of the small village of Werna, population 200, which belongs to the town of Ellrich at the foot of the southern Harz Mountains. An open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with a fireplace invites you to enjoy convivial evenings. To rejuvenate, let yourself be wonderfully warmed in the infrared sauna, and after settling into the cozy Swiss pine bed, nothing stands in the way of a deep and restful sleep.

This stylish place to stay is perfect for group trips. This beautiful old Harz house is located in the heart of Sankt Andreasberg. It was completely modernized by 2022. In doing so, we have attached great importance to preserving the special features of the house and creating a typical mountain feeling. We rely on good and modern amenities. The house offers a nice base for your mountain time: for tours and for hiking, mountain biking or skiing.

Enjoy the sounds of nature when staying in this special place. In the cozy yurt there is a 1.40 m double bed and a single bed. A toilet and shower (of course with warm water!) are available in the sanitary area on the property. A sauna with a wood-burning stove and panoramic views of the river is also available to all guests. There are many hiking trails and interesting sights to visit nearby.
