All skiing and hiking areas of the Bernese Oberland are quickly and easily accessible by public transport or car. All water sports are possible. The landlords live on the upper floor and are there when you arrive.

The house is in a very quiet neighbourhood, at night you will hear crickets, water from a spring and maybe some cowbells.
