Breakfast ingredients are available - but you have to prepare it yourself. Ideal starting point for nature experiences, also interesting cities/museums/amusement park nearby.

The cozy 140x200cm bed accommodates up to 2 people, luggage can be stored in the tall cupboard or under the bed. The dining table can easily also be used as a home office thanks to 300 MBit/s WiFi 6. The modern bathroom with floor-level shower and underfloor heating as well as the underground parking space round off the apartment.

My 80 m² apartment with balcony can be used individually, whether 1-2 couples, the whole family or professionals. For additional guests (or if a queen-size bed is used by only one person), a sofa bed or a comfortable mattress for the floor is available. In the immediate vicinity you can reach everything that Heidenheim has to offer: Aquarena, Brenzpark, Hellenstein Castle, Voitharena, baseball stadium, CC, theater, arcades, but also a lot of nature with hiking and biking trails.

This very bright and beautiful house is in the best location and directly near the city of Heidenheim an der Brenz. You can walk into town (about 5 minutes to the arcades and the train station). Hospital, shopping, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, indoor pool, outdoor pool, all in the immediate vicinity. Short distances to the highway connection. For nature lovers: The house borders a small park. Also various forests for cycling, jogging, etc. in the immediate vicinity.

Beautiful - air-conditioned on request - apartment in the attic with open roof beams. The apartment has an open floor plan, with a great fitted kitchen (induction, dishwasher, etc.) and a nice daylight bathroom with bathtub. Roof terrace (approx. 28 m²) with two sun loungers, a table group and great views! Please note: there are no 3 separate sleeping options. For three people, two must sleep together in the double bed. The sofa is unsuitable for sleeping.

The Eigenhof is located near Schwäbisch Gmünd, the oldest Staufer city. Many historical sights in Rems and Kochertal can be reached quickly. The absolutely quiet location on the edge of the Swabian-Franconian Forest Nature Park ensures relaxation. If you want to do sports, you can let off steam directly from the house in the forest and meadows. Make yourself comfortable and enjoy plenty of space in this spacious accommodation. The apartment is perfectly suitable for families and couples. There are three bedrooms with beds 1.80 x 2 m and one bed 1.40 x 2 m. The apartment has a large balcony with seating. Aalen, Schwäbisch Gmünd and Oberkochen can be reached in a maximum of 30 minutes by car. There is a bus connection to Aalen directly across the street.
