Spacious 2-room apartment with panoramic balcony on a remote farm with many animals. Additional rooms available (No. 2 and 3). Children up to 12 years are free - please do not enter! You can help with milking the 70 cows. There are horses for trail rides and riding lessons by arrangement/payment. Rustic pool with its own spring water. Breakfast ingredients are available - but you have to prepare it yourself. Ideal starting point for nature experiences, also interesting cities/museums/amusement park nearby.

Bus stop, local shopping center, post office, pharmacy and doctors ... everything in the immediate vicinity and in a few minutes you can also reach the city center of the industrial area West with everything your heart desires: Lidl, Aldi, Kaufland, Denns, dm, hardware store, shopping and much more.

City, forest & river. Quiet, right in the forest and on the river as well as right in the city. Beautiful apartment with its own large (south) terrace and wellness area with sauna. Direct access to the park-like garden (for shared use). Great walks are right outside the front door. The bus stop is only a few meters away (about 7 minutes by bus to the train station/city). By car in about 5 minutes. We live with our children in the house. We are happy to help with questions, tips and a chat.

A small seating area under the chestnut tree and a brick barbecue can be used in nice weather. The town center with all shops, bus stop and much more can be reached in 2 minutes on foot, the train station with regional and express train station in 10 minutes. The famous lake is a 20-minute walk away.

The apartment is located directly on the edge of the old town and thus everything is within walking distance. Only a few stairs and meters of altitude have to be overcome (typical hall). The market square (known from the open-air games Schwäbisch Hall) and the Michaelskirche are only a few minutes' walk away. Almost down the stairs and you're there. The guest apartment is located in a separate building with its own access. We, the hosts, are the neighbors.

Charming living in an old country house in the nature park

Newly renovated until 2024, the farmhouse is located on the edge of a hamlet on a plateau in the Swabian-Fränkischer Wald Nature Park and has three fully furnished apartments. It is ideal for people who want to spend a few days together, but would like to keep their privacy. From here you can take wonderful excursions and walks (horseback riding, hiking, mountain biking, motorbike and car tours ...). Horses and dogs may be brought along.

Our modern self-contained apartment is a new building, which is in a very quiet location overlooking Murrhardt. There are two free parking spaces in front of the house. There is hardly any traffic on the private road. The famous Villa Franck is located just behind the house. The train station is a 5-10 minute walk away. There are numerous leisure activities nearby, such as the Hörschbach waterfalls, which are within walking distance.
