The house is situated in a beautiful garden in the quiet, idyllic Palatine village of Mühlheim. The Gesindehaus is tastefully restored and expanded and has many loving details. On the first floor is the living/dining room with a fireplace as well as the kitchen room with a spiral staircase to the top floor. In addition, there is the bathroom with large shower, toilet and washing machine as well as a bedroom with workplace and double bed (120 cm). In the studio of the attic is another bed (180 cm) and a large roof terrace.

We offer a cozy, lovingly furnished apartment, renovated and newly furnished in 2023, in the basement of our house with its own entrance. 50 square meters are distributed over a spacious hall, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a living and sleeping area with kitchenette and dining area. Everything is there and included in the price. (Towels, bed sheets, fully automatic coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, dishes) All you have to do is live and enjoy. Our house is located at a hill in a real quiet residential neighbourhood. The modernized non-smoking apartment has got two bedrooms with king-size beds, a living room with a daybed, a completely redecorated bathroom and a new kitchen-cum-living room. Our guests are invited to use the big garden - garden furniture, a parasol and a Weber-Grill is available. We reserved a parking slot directly in front of our house especially for our guests.
