We offer a cozy, lovingly furnished apartment, renovated and newly furnished in 2023, in the basement of our house with its own entrance. 50 square meters are distributed over a spacious hall, a bathroom with shower and toilet and a living and sleeping area with kitchenette and dining area. Everything is there and included in the price. (Towels, bed sheets, fully automatic coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, dishes) All you have to do is live and enjoy. Underfloor heating provides cozy warmth.

Idyllically located by the stream, these two rooms offer an ideal starting point for a small tour through the Palatinate - whether for hiking, drinking wine, celebrating a wedding or for a family vacation. Tino‘s Tiny House ist ein kleines, eigenständiges Häuschen im Wormser Vorort Weinsheim. Der Ort lädt zum Entspannen ein: - ein Spaziergang am Eisbach - ein Abstecher in die Brauerei Sander - Sonnenuntergänge zwischen Weinreben und Feldern - fußläufige Spielplätze für Kinder Uvm. Die Lage ist optimal um Worms zu erkunden. Mit dem Auto ist man in 5-10 Minuten in der Innenstadt. Auch die nächst größeren Städte wie Mannheim, Heidelberg, Mainz und Frankfurt sind gut zu erreichen.
