Eine Kaffeepadmaschine , ein Wasserkocher und ein kleiner Kühlschrank stehen zur Verfügung. Geschirr und Gläser sind vorhanden.

Im Wohnzimmer befindet sich neben einer Schlafcouch auch ein Smart-TV.
