Our house is intended for people who are looking for a special place to stay away from the noise of the cities. It is very lovingly and comfortably renovated and furnished with ecological materials. Our vacation home is a spacious forester's house on more than 2300 square meters of land, which offers plenty of comfort. Behind the historic facade are four bedrooms, three modern bathrooms, a guest toilet and a bright country kitchen. In the spacious living and dining area with fireplace or the sauna, you can relax wonderfully. In summer, our swimming pool invites you to refresh yourself. The house offers a spacious outdoor area with several terraces and teak furniture as well as sun loungers.

Wir leben auf dem Land mit viel Grün und frischer Luft, freiem Geist und sind offen für Gäste. Das Backhaus mit traditioneller Einrichtung, Holzofen, Schlafboden und ganz zeitvergessener Behaglichkeit liegt separat auf dem Grundstück. Neben dem Wohnhaus (40m entf.)befindet sich das moderne Badehaus zur ausschließlichen Nutzung unserer Gäste. In unserem Haus wird viel gelesen, philosophiert, guter Wein getrunken und sich um das Wesentliche im Leben gekümmert, Reduktion pur! Abenteuer statt Luxus.

But we also have a second apartment here for more guests. The large garden invites you to barbecue in the barbecue cottage or to jump into the 4 x 8 m pool. Beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance. E-bikes and e-choppers and an e-foil are available to rent. PV is also available for charging electric cars.

Our accommodation is located in the middle of Germany, close to Kassel and surrounded by nature. You will love it because of the heavenly tranquility, the gateway to the forest and yet only 20 km away from Kassel by car or tram. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, families (with kids), and big groups. Unless they are uncontrollable fighting dogs, animals are welcome to us and regularly feel very comfortable.

The village is beautifully situated at 360 meters above sea level, right on the edge of the vast Habichtswald. Ideal for walking and tranquility.   The house is very luxurious: three saunas, two bathrooms, pool table and much more! There’s lots to do in the area. Especially around the Nationalpark Kellerwald-Edersee.
