The property is located in the village of Kovářská and is newly sensitively renovated. The renovation has preserved as many original features as possible and combined them with modern design. The cottage sits in the middle of a meadow, the sunny terrace has a beautiful view of the surrounding area. On the ground floor there is a sauna for 6 people with a rest room, a cooling barrel and an exit. Next, there is a living room with a kitchenette that is open to the meadow through a large window and an exit to the terrace. In the attic there is a social area with a bar, fridge, table football and table tennis.

The base capacity is 8 people in 4 bedrooms, for additional 2 guests we provide extra beds. Facilities include sauna, ski-room with a hot-air boot dryer and roofed parking space on the property. Privacy is guaranteed by a large fenced garden. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and local ski slopes. Garden Finnish sauna is for an additional fee.

Larger cities such as Zwickau, Schneeberg and Aue can be reached quickly by car.
