There is a direct train connection in about 500 m. The well-known wine region with the towns of Sommerhausen, Randersacker, Eibelstadt …. offers countless excursion possibilities...

Vacation home GAU.GLÜCK:)

The apartment GAU.GLÜCK:) on the outskirts of Gaukönigshofen, located directly on the Mühlbach pond, is located almost in the center of the EU, 20 km south of Würzburg, in the middle of the Ochsenfurt Gau. The apartment, newly renovated with a lot of heart and soul in 2021, is located on the upper floor and can accommodate 5 people. If necessary, we will provide a children's travel bed. A high chair is also available. Reading material for all ages and board games for the whole family ensure good entertainment.

Lovely apartment in a new-build in the wine-growing village of Ochsenfurt, with views of the Main and a balcony. Wonderful riverside location, right by the Main Valley Cycle Path and various hiking trails. A bakery-café and a bus stop can be reached on foot in about 4 minutes; a supermarket, the old Main Bridge and the Nixe Main ferry in about 10 minutes. Ochsenfurt's historic old town, with its romantic half-timbered houses and numerous towers, can be reached on foot along the River Main in about 15 minutes.

Wir begrüßen Sie herzlich im Weinort Theilheim. Näher kann man der Natur nicht sein. Die nahegelegene Barockstadt Würzburg ist über einen malerischen Radweg (ca. 10 km) zu erreichen. Die ca. 32 m2 große Einzimmer-Ferienwohnung wurde 2024 frisch renoviert (max. für 2 Personen). Zur umfangreichen Ausstattung gehören Backofen, Spülmaschine, 43 Zoll QLED Fernseher, Digitalradio, Föhn uvm. Bettwäsche und Handtücher werden während Ihres Aufenthaltes zur Verfügung gestellt. Brötchenservice optional.

Old village church

The former village church is located in a 1,600 square meter property in the middle of the village of Erbshausen-Sulzwiesen. Surrounded on all sides, it is an ideal retreat without being "out of this world." In the morning sun in front of the sacristy, on the church wall in the afternoon or in the evening under fruit trees. In the lower tower room on the couch, in the upper tower room – the former bell room – while watching the birds. There is always a nice place.

Our cozy apartment in Uffenheim, in the heart of the Franconian wine region, offers the perfect starting point for nature walks and cultural excursions. A well-kept feel-good atmosphere awaits you on 65 square meters. Enjoy the tranquility and explore nearby attractions such as Rothenburg ob der Tauber and Würzburg. Relax in the Franconian thermal baths or the Franconian open-air museum of Bad Windsheim. Local restaurants and shops are within easy reach.

The 500-year-old house was completely renovated in 2021. Enjoy a relaxing evening on the sofa under an elaborately restored stucco ceiling from the Baroque period, take a look at the historical details that can be found throughout the apartment and feel completely at home in the lovingly furnished apartment. Two bedrooms with double bed and separate bathroom, well-equipped kitchen and only 2 minutes' walk from the river bank with swimming bay.

The apartment includes a cozy living area, a double bedroom and another with a loft bed. Linens and towels are provided, so you don't have to worry about a thing. Particularly noteworthy is the spacious bathroom. In addition, an infrared cabin/heat cabin invites you to relax.
