Small but nice

Small studio in the attic of our house. With cooking corner, small balcony and bathroom with shower and toilet. Ideal for guests who are passing through, hikers and skiers who are on the road all day anyway, want to cook a little something in the evening and want to end the evening comfortably. You can prepare a delicious meal in the kitchen, but no three-course menu, as it only has two hotplates and no oven, but a microwave is available. If you want a lot of space, our room is certainly the wrong one.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering. In the living room, there is a sofa bed. In the double bedroom with a wardrobe, you can look forward to restful nights. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.

Inn Apart Tirol, Premium, Kellerjoch

The premium apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. A highlight is our terrace with mountain views. You can relax in your own hot tub & sauna, which are located on the spacious terrace. This is a premium studio apartment. The kitchen and the living and sleeping area are in the same room. There is a king-size bed for two people, and a sofa bed can be prepared for two more people (located in the same room!)

To the fantastic view

This lovingly renovated old building apartment offers an unforgettable, unobstructed mountain view with a south-facing balcony — Alpspitze, Waxensteine and Zugspitze directly in front of your eyes. Hikes, bike tours and ski resorts start on the doorstep, the Eibsee can be reached in 5 minutes. Bus stop about 200 m away. In bad weather: large smart TV with Netflix and fast Wi-Fi. I am sure you will love my home.

The apartment is centrally located in Zirl. There are many hiking and skiing areas in the vicinity. Both the train station and the bus stop are only about 10 minutes' walk away. The state capital Innsbruck can be reached in 20 minutes by bus and train and in 15 minutes by car. Some grocery stores (MPreis, Spar, Hofer, Billa) as well as various restaurants (pizzeria, Chinese restaurant, etc.) are also nearby.
