Excursions to the Allgäu, Lake Constance, Center Park or the most famous thermal spas are all between 30 minutes and 1.5 hours. Only 7 minutes to the A7. Good Swabian cuisine in the surrounding villages.

The apartment is very quiet in a cul-de-sac, away from major roads and yet close to the centre: - 500 m to the historic Öchsle railway station - 500 m to bakery, butcher, supermarket - 700 m to the marketplace - 1.5 km to the monastery complex (basilica, fruit box gallery, starting point of the Krummbach recreational area hiking trail)

The apartment is on the 1st floor of our single-family home, which is located on the outskirts and is very quiet.  In the spacious kitchen there is a table with 2 benches, stove, microwave, kettle, coffee filter machine. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub. The toilet is separate.  In the bedroom is 1 double bed (1.80 m) and enough space for a baby crib. In the living room is a cozy seating area and another French bed (1.40 m).

Our lovely basement flat is integrated into our residential building. It is located on the ground floor on the right and has a separate entrance. The kitchen offers a spacious kitchenette with a dining area, a coffee machine, a toaster, a large fridge, a kettle and a microwave. The bedroom is equipped with a flat-screen TV and 2 armchairs. The flat is in a very good location; the market square can be reached in 3 minutes on foot.
