Separate lavatory with toilet & pedestal sink. Shared outdoor pool, pool house w/sauna & shower (all open April 1st to mid October only). Screened fish-cleaning station on Silver Lake! This is a lock-out unit to Juniper 2B that can be rented separately. Internet installed but there are frequent outages. No smoking and no pets.

Tasteful decor, well stocked kitchen. Relax in a quiet, safe neighborhood, only a 2-3 minute walk across the street to the beach! Enjoy the use of our family pool (approx. May 15-Oct 15) & hot tub. If a 1 or 2 night opening is left between bookings, send an inquiry & I will open those days for a booking!

Outside shower, underhouse deck, fish cleaning table, hose. Cooler, beach chairs & boogie boards. No smoking allowed on property, no guests (sleeps 2 max).
