Living in a farmhouse

You will be staying on the ground floor of the converted side building of the farm. Large garden with 2 ponies by a small stream. We produce wood chips for the heat on the farm. Here, there are still 20 chickens with fresh eggs every day and 4 goats. Our dog Jule is very sweet. A small sauna and a swimming pool. The terrace, seating area, fireplace in the garden are free of charge. Costs for sauna: an additional €15 per sauna session for 2 people in consultation on site, or a walk with the horses can be booked.

In the area there are many family-friendly activities, such as bike park, summer toboggan run, reservoir, ... and attractive towns. From the round balcony (2 sides) you can enjoy a view of the unobstructed nature. Families with children, peace seekers, sports enthusiasts, couples, groups, pets - all are welcome. My cosy house has 4 bedrooms, a garage and underfloor heating.

My place is an hour south of Frankfurt, surrounded by nature. Well suited for groups and families looking for nature. There is a beautiful outdoor area with cozy seating areas, playground, campfire area, a large covered summer kitchen, vegetable garden, table tennis table, workbench for children, a pottery workshop for pottery, a piano in the 45 sqm kitchen. Excellent living climate due to wood/clay construction.

Ideal for hiking, cycling or simply for relaxing and unwinding. Dogs also feel at home here thanks to the many walking paths right on our doorstep.

Located in Fürth in the Odenwald, the separate guest apartment (renovated approx. 45 sqm/2021) offers a cozy ambience and has its own entrance with garden. As a special highlight, there is a 2.20 m x 2.30 m hot tub (up to 5 people) for sole and private use on the covered terrace. It is available day and night at no extra cost, even in winter.
