Whether the cottage is used for relaxation, coziness by the wood stove or trips to the beach and in the woods, it is a really good starting point to relax from everyday life and enjoy life. There are 3 rooms: 1 room with double bed (140 cm) 2 rooms with a single bed that can be converted to a double bed (2 x 80x200 cm. There are duvets and pillows for 6 people. There is a bathroom/toilet. Kitchen in connection with a nice living room with a wood-burning stove. There is a nice outdoor terrace area and the property is a large natural plot of 2,000 sqm. (the property is not fenced). Located as the last house on a cul-de-sac.

Huset er bedst til 4 personer, 5 personer kan dog godt gå 😊 Tag til Rørvig Havn og fang krabber eller gå en tur i solnedgangen langs stranden der ligger 20 min. gåtur væk. Vand er inkl. i lejeprisen. Strøm forbrugsafregnes efter endt ophold med 4,85kr pr. kWh. Både vildmarksbad og sauna er på el. I skal selv medbringe sengetøj og håndklæder.

Super cozy cottage located 250 meters from a nice child-friendly sandy beach. The house is within walking distance of Nykøbing Sjælland, where there are good eateries and grocery stores. The house has a nice secluded terrace with barbecue, garden furniture, patio heater and fire pit, for the beautiful summer evenings. The property is located on a quiet road up to a small piece of forest but with a nice flat lawn for garden games. There are 2 bicycles for free use and only 6 km to cozy Rørvig.

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84 sqm (main house) + 10 sqm (annex - bedroom 3) holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!
