We offer a room with private bathroom and kitchen, TV, desk, WiFi in our private house on the outskirts of the city. Ideal for short breaks, but not suitable for shepherd hours and parties. Our house is rural and quiet, but still close to the centre. The MAIN TRAIN STATION and the city are about 10 minutes away(on foot about 20 minutes) A2 / A43 about 10 minutes, Public transport nearby Surroundings. Close by are shops of the day. The apartment "Haardpromenade" is located in Marl-Sinsen in the immediate vicinity of the Haard, a large protected landscape area on the northern edge of the Ruhr area. Not far from the apartment is the forest promenade, an interesting hiking trail with many attractions! This hiking trail, which gave our apartment the name, wants to make nature tangible for hikers without disturbing nature spaces! The Haard is also suitable for great bike rides. A net market is about a 7-minute walk away.

On the ground floor is the bathroom, which is used exclusively for this apartment. From the hallway, a staircase leads directly into the apartment to the kitchen/living room/bedroom. In nice weather, a terrace can be used exclusively for guests. Close to shopping. Parking is free

The flat is slightly bigger than 30m2 and comes with a living-/sleeping-area, a kitchen and a bathroom. The whole furniture is quite new and you can find all you need in here. Fast Wi-Fi is included, the bed is 1,40m x 2,00m and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a 40" TV, which you can use for free. You can find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and public transport within walking distance, the beautiful Westpark is just around the corner!

Die Autobahnanbindung an die A43 befindet sich in der Nähe und Ausflüge in die Natur sind auch fußläufig möglich, da Recklinghausen direkt an das Münsterland mit seinen Bauernhöfen grenzt. Die Wohnung befindet sich in bevorzugter Wohnlage in Recklinghausen in einer ruhigen Straße mit ausreichend Parkplätzen.
