The apartment has underfloor heating, fast Wi-Fi, a sofa bed, is spacious with state-of-the-art amenities and parking. Pretzel and roll delivery on request.

Contemporary and well-equipped studio apartment with approx. 38 m² of living space, spread over living-bed rooms with additional sleeping alcove, dining area, kitchen and shower room. The apartment is designed for an occupancy of 2 adults. We have additional sleeping places for children and teenagers on request. A garden with sitting area in front of the apartment is at your disposal to share. Our house is located in Ofterschwang directly at the elevator (summer and winter operation).

Our apartment in Wagneritz near Rettenberg is located in the middle of the beautiful Upper Allgäu, at the foot of the Grünten. 5 minutes to Immenstadt am Alpsee, 10 minutes to Sonthofen, 20 minutes to Oberstdorf. The apartment offers everything 2 people need for a nice, relaxing vacation. A separate entrance, a beautiful terrace, kitchen, bathroom, bed and a corner bench for nice hours. From the apartment you can walk directly to the Grünten (ski touring possible from the front door)
