Barn holiday rentals in Ohio

easy check in, charming place. We only stayed one night but no compaints! Sammy the dog helped us find the driveway.

Our second stay…we love the spacious interior, the private secluded lot, the old buildings dotting the front yard that may have seen better days, but still add charm and historic appeal. Our favorite thing though, is the front porch that spans the entire front of the house. Coffee in the morning, the radio and cocktails in the evening while watching the sun dip behind the mountain…it’s perfect. And, in between, there are several state parks nearby with nice hiking trails, or the city of Portsmouth for antiques, or viewing the murals along the river. We love this rental, and can’t wait to return.

We truly enjoyed our stay at the barndominium. Suzanne left very clear instructions. The bnb was super cute. It was so close to Berlin and all of the shops. The Hershberger farm is right across the road. It was very cold outside so we were able to enjoy the gas fireplace. It had everything we needed. It’s much larger inside than I anticipated. Lovely space. Thank you, Suzanne!

Absolutely wonderful. Spacious and great for family gatherings or a romantic getaway. Full of amenities, if you forgot something, it's probably there. The coffee cart is great for the coffee and tea drinkers. The downstairs bedroom is so inviting. The downstairs showers are awesome with great water pressure and the upstairs crawlfoot tub is great for relaxing after time in the sauna. Fire in the fireplace was cozy after dinner and the pelletstove was great to warm up the place. There are several options for heating so there is no reason to be cold in the winter. It was in the 20's, snowing and windy when we were there. We were very warm Game room is stocked and there are books and dvds. Children books available. Leslie was very informative and very responsive. She went above and beyond before and after our stay, she even dropped off a pack and play before our stay since she knew we were going to have an infant with us. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

Ranae's place was so cute and convenient. Booked one night last minute for a Volleyball tournament in the area. Was so much better than staying at a hotel! Wish we would have had time to walk the grounds but we were there and gone in no time!

A Truly Wonderful Experience! We had an absolutely amazing experience at this beautiful property! The scenery was breathtaking, and the home and grounds were perfect for our daughter’s micro wedding. The hosts were incredible – so welcoming, accommodating, and genuinely supportive throughout the entire process. They offered helpful suggestions, worked with us on all the ideas my daughter had, and remained flexible even when the weather didn’t cooperate. We couldn’t have asked for a better location or better hosts. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable and special stay!

We enjoyed our stay. Peaceful was what we were looking for and exactly what we got. The surrounding were amazing. We saw lots and lots of wildlife and plus Lover's Lane is worth the complete drive through.

Due to unfortunate circumstances we visited. Erin was awesome. It was so peaceful, beautiful and just what we needed. Erin went above and beyond. We got to meet Crash❤️ I had no complaints. Will definitely stay when visiting again.

I’ve stayed in Airbnb’s on the ocean, in mountains and they all have been great but Kimberly’s place is probably my favorite. If you love farms, horses, cats and dogs this is the place for you. 150 beautiful acres of woods, ponds, a small creek. The barn/cabin is very cozy, the bed is great! Kimberly allowed me to help feed, water and care for the animals. I felt right at home! I’ll definitely be back.

The hosts were very responsive and friendly. The weeks leading up to our stay they sent us local recommendations, directions, asked us questions about our interests to help us build an itinerary and they answered all questions we had before it even came time to the stay. They provided a flexible check-in time with easy instructions and left us with a beautiful place to stay that was very clean. We stayed during a very rainy weekend and between the hot tub, games, firepit, tv, and kitchen amenities provided we didn’t feel like we needed to leave. They truly thought of everything when designing this house and provided so many unique characteristics. Me and my now Husband felt so special when we walked in the door and they had a basket with a surprise for us being that it was our wedding night. We look forward to taking our children to one of their other rentals!

Absolutely amazing girls weekend. Kyron was the perfect host. Even leaving a little birthday treat for us - which we appreciated! Beautiful home, immaculate and thoughtfully decorated (please come decorate my home). They thought of so many amenities, and everything you could possibly forget to pack was there. Also - the coffee maker is awesome, I now have to buy myself the same one :) Thanks again for a wonderful, rainy girls weekend. We will be back.

Barb was such a friendly host. She knew my daughter was celebrating a wedding and put in extra effort to make her feel welcomed and special.

It was beautiful in the winter with the snow on the trees. We'd love to come back and do some hiking in the warmer weather. The cabin was spacious with lots to do indoors.

This place is truly a respite from a busy, noisy world. Absolutely beautiful home, space, pond and the secret hidden door to the main bedroom was magical. We will be definitely be back.

Great location! The house was quiet and clean . The kitchen was equipped with everything needed, along with coffee, coffee amenities, and the best cinnamon rolls to accompany! The bed was comfortable with plenty of pillows. However, the best end to the evening was to relax in the hot tub! I would definitely recommend this stay to anyone

What a wonderful weekend away! Went for a quiet weekend of fresh air and it surpassed all expectations. The property was stunning and the accommodations were so cozy and had everything you could need. Highly recommend the charcuterie board and a hot breakfast!

I don't know where to begin, airbnb's are unlike any other stay. But Molly and her husband created something truly magical here. As a Christian It is sad often times we meet other Christians who tarnish our faith. Molly did the opposite, she showed to me what it is to be a Christian. She was kind, loving and in her smile a true love for God's children. I was at a real low point in my life when I came here, she went above and beyond and her and her husband became a blessing me and my son will never forget. If ever you choose to rest your head and spirit anywhere, I could not recommend their home more. Peaceful, beautiful and a real home to one's heart, nevermind the wonderful and truly delicious breakfast waiting for you in the morning.
