Apartment in a central city location

The apartment is located right on the edge of the old town and therefore everything is within walking distance. Only a few stairs and meters of altitude have to be overcome (typical Hall). The market square (known from the Schwäbisch Hall open-air theater) and St. Michael's Church are within walking distance. Almost down the stairs and you are already there. The guest apartment is located in a separate building with private access. We, the hosts, are the neighbors.

Spacious and quiet place to stay. A bathroom with a shower in the bathtub and also a large bedroom with two single beds invite you to relax. The spacious living room with dining or work table includes a couch which can be used as a single bed or double bed for the 3rd and 4th person. That's why we talk about 2 bedrooms. Directly connected is the main house, which today serves as a guest and seminar house. The square courtyard is surrounded by natural gardens, orchards & fields. The lovingly furnished apartment is located in a listed house from the Gründerzeit [founders' period] in the attic, in the center of Creglingen (17 km to Rothenburg). The house belongs to our bakery. On the first floor is a café where breakfast can also be served. (Included) Bicycles can be stored. After consultation, guests are welcome to take a look in the bakery. The apartment, kitchen and bathroom are equipped with all the essentials. No pets

Located in idyllic Friedrichsruhe next to the golf course. With short distances to Öhringen and the Kocher Valley. The surroundings invite you to take short walks, e.g. to the best-preserved part of the Upper Germanic-Rhaetian Limes. Suitable for singles, couples, craftsmen, business travelers. The city of Öhringen with all shops is 5 minutes away by car. The highway entrance is 5 km away. To Heilbronn and Schwaebisch Hall it is about 30 km.

The apartment is situated in the basement of my house. They use the apartment only for themselves and also have their own entrance. The living area is a light room and has an area of about 26 sqm. The sofa serves as a sleeping possibility and has a wide of 1.40 m and is sufficient for 2 persons. On the sofa there is a foam padding of about 6 cm. A normal bed is used as another sleeping option. Parking is very close by.
