Holiday rentals with an accessible-height toilet in Okaloosa Island

This place was perfect for us! We felt right at home. It was so beautiful and spacious. The only thing is that we had to wash our linens because it seemed like the bottom sheets weren’t clean on most beds. Other than that, we were extremely satisfied with our stay. The kitchen had everything you can think of for use, except an air fryer. Their cooking utensils were high quality, I really enjoyed cooking there. The golf cart made our stay even more enjoyable. The views from the balcony were so relaxing and beautiful. Well stocked up with towels in every bathroom and extra blankets in every room. This home is perfection! Thank you Ryan! We look forward to coming back soon! One week was not enough.

I loved staying here! I felt immediately at home as soon as I walked in. The bed is so comfortable. The sheets were soft and not white. It’s a very welcoming place.

Great home in a quiet neighborhood close to the beach. We loved the large rooms and the comfortable living area. The outdoor space was wonderful with lots of seating, and the pool was the perfect size. We did not need the heater. Note: we had a large group, so we ran out of toilet paper and paper towels. (Only 1 roll provided per bathroom.) Also- bring salt and pepper if you plan to eat in. Overall this was a great place to spend a week. Our whole group loved the accommodations.

Our family had a great stay here. Very responsive host. We loved all the musical instruments (especially the ukulele) and games to keep our kids entertained. Highly recommend! Be sure to stop at Navarre Bakery right across the road from here!

Cute, simple and cozy! Loved the view from the balcony, free beach chairs and umbrella came with the rental as well. Had everything we needed and cozy enough for 2 people!

Had a wonderful stay here! The place was clean, smelled wonderful and had multiple amenities! The owners are responsive and very communicative ! *this has nothing to do with the place* but just a fair wanting to those coming here the restaurant downstairs is pretty terrible! Would not recommend but toehe good places around are great!

Loved the stay. Great views of the pool and the Gulf. The room was spotless and the kitchen was equipped with great appliances and the tools to make meals. The pool and beach supplies were very handy. Also had beach toys for children, but we were all adults. I would recommend this listing to all my friends.

We had a great time, kids loved it. The place has nice views, was very clean and in great location. The host is super nice and responds quickly for any issues or questions.

Price on website listing was lower than what I was later told (possible clerical error?), but East Pass honored listing price. The condo was great with a couple of exceptions. Listing stated new mattresses and pillows. According to guests staying in Master King, mattress was very uncomfortable but all others seemed to be fine. All 5 guests had issues with their pillows. Not sure when mattresses and pillows were purchased, but these issues might need to be addressed. Aaron was extremely responsive and it was a pleasure dealing with him. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could want (even a slow cooker and electric skillet). We did have to purchase a hand mixer but all the other appliances/kitchenware, etc. surely made up for the lack of one little mixer! We were amazed how well stocked the condo was regarding laundry/dishwasher pods, plastic bags, etc. Even coffee pods! If we are ever in Destin again, we will definitely try and stay at A301 again!

Our stay was absolutely great! Very clean and specious and the amenities were great!

This property was as described. It was clean and the check in was easy. The view from the balcony was wonderful and my family loved the view. It is walk to get to the beach but I was able to do it with 2 bad knees, it’s not a long walk at all. There were a few small scratches/scrapes on the furniture in the living room but it still was very nice, comfortable and clean. I would definitely book this property again.
