Jerry is very responsive and we had a nice stay in Destin! After a long day enjoying the beaches and fun activities it was lovely to return to a quiet, comfortable, relaxing home.

Mande and crew could not have been more helpful! I have never had a rental property be so responsive and ready to help. We had an issue with the cart (completely user error, whoops) and they came over to take a look asap. They also let us check in early since the house was ready. The house is clean, open, walkable to the beach and a great location for the grocery store and some restaurants as well. Could not recommend Dog Daze more- just book it- it’s perfect!! Also, go eat at Dewys and ask for Kolby

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was perfect for our group of eight--two families with four kids ages 9-14. We especially appreciated the spacious bedrooms, the numerous bathrooms, and the balcony. We had fun the pool and the nearby beach.

We loved this house and the back yard for our little dog was perfect. Can’t ask for a better host than Yubeiri! She is super responsive and accommodating. She made sure the bathrooms and kitchen were equipped with soaps and necessary paper products upon arrival, which was very thoughtful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely home! Great stay overall! Close proximity to the beach, short walk. Close to golf courses, outlets, shopping and restaurants. We liked the location because it’s far enough away from main attractions that traffic wasn’t difficult to navigate but close enough that you could be just about anywhere in Destin in 10 minutes. The home itself was very nice and spacious. Plenty of room for our party of 12. 4 bathrooms eliminated log jams in the morning and evening. Would definitely stay here again and would absolutely stay at any Newman-Dailey property. Excellent customer service! Quick responses!! Loved it!!

Jared was an amazing host. Loved the location of this rental. The space was amazing. Pool was so close and was clean and amazing. Beach was an easy short 10 minute walk. Easy access to main road and restaurants. Area had everything available (grocery, shopping). Jared was so responsive with the couple questions we had. Our families had such a great time here and look forward to and will stay here again. The neighborhood felt so calm, safe and clean. So happy with the whole week.

Our family really enjoyed our time staying here! We can’t say enough great things about the house, the host, and the location. The provided golf cart made getting around a breeze! Very close to the beach and restaurants. The house was very clean, the hosts were quick to respond, and beach access was easy. This property was also right next to the pool. We’re looking forward to booking again!

This is the perfect house for a small family of 4. It’s right on the corner and very close to the beach, stores, and restaurants. Check-in was easy and the hosts were very responsive. Pool was nice and clean. We did enjoy using the grill outside as well, which was a nice alternative to dining out. The other plus was being able to bring our two smaller dogs. A large crate is provided along with dog bowls. The last thing I will mention is that there is an alarm on the back door and the windows facing the pool side. This comes in handy when you have small children that know how to open and unlock doors. Overall, good experience!

We stayed here as a group of 7 girls and had a great weekend! Everyone kept complimenting the place and how nice it was, especially the backyard/pool. Great location, very walkable to the beach. As a bonus, the host was very responsive and helpful with everything we needed!

Loved how spacious and kid friendly the home was! Private backyard with beautiful pool and hot tub were perfect for after bedtime cocktails and steaks on the grill. A nice get away for sure

We had such a fun stay at this Airbnb! It’s super close to the beach and shopping at Destin Commons. If you’re planning to visit Crab Island, McGuire’s, or AJ’s, I recommend renting a car, as Uber can get expensive in the area. Communication with Emily was amazing — she responded quickly to any questions and kept us well-informed throughout our stay. The house rules were simple and easy to follow. The only minor downside was that we ran out of toilet paper and had to pick up some more. The A/C worked perfectly, keeping us cool, and the pool was a huge highlight! We also loved having access to all the pool house items. There were nine of us girls, and we had an absolute blast. I would definitely stay here again — it’s the perfect spot for a beach getaway!

This trip wasn’t just a vacation for us. It was the last big trip with our oldest son who is heading off to the Air Force. So, we really wanted it to be perfect. The owners responsiveness to anything we needed was top notch. Their clear instructions and information on everything from their AirBnB to the location were greatly helpful. The place itself was a dream come true. Everything we hoped for with this trip was fulfilled to the fullest. We couldn’t have asked for a better place. If we ever return to Destin again, this will be the first place we look for availability.

This is a fantastic pet-friendly cottage in Seaside— could not have asked for a better spot. Impressively clean and the host group was excellent. The rest of the review is for fellow dog owners to share additional details that would be helpful when considering booking. First, the yard is fenced in, but it is shared with three additional homes (one being a rental and two being residents). If you assumed this was a private yard, think again. One of the permanent resident homes does have a dog and uses this space and the rental next door also had a dog while we were renting. Plan to leash walk your dogs and if you have any reactivity issues, be aware there are other dogs potentially in the yard. Secondly, the bedroom upstairs is a loft with stairs— just an FYI for any elderly pups who need to navigate the steps. Lastly, there is a church next door which rings its bells loudly and has a Sunday service on a microphone so be aware on Sunday it can be noisy and the foot traffic increases.

Everything was as described and better. You literally cannot ask for a better host! Charles allowed us to have a very early check in and was extremely responsive to any message. From coffee pods to basic household items we were always pleasantly surprised with how well stocked the home was. The house is perfectly located within Sandestin. The new heated pool on Audubon is super close! The golf cart was key in getting us to all of the destinations in the community, especially the beach and grocery store. The backyard is completely private and fenced in, with beautiful landscaping. Our furry family member especially enjoyed this feature! We loved the gas fire table on the back screened in patio at night! What a treat when the sun set and the air became cooler! Also, everything was clean and inviting when we arrived! And…some special “welcome “surprises made our day! We felt like we were staying at a friend’s place. This rental is a true treasure!

Very pleasant stay. Victoria was a great host. She responded very quickly to my questions. I had trouble with the booking (no fault of the website, just me being technologically challenged), and she helped me right away. The house was very comfortable and impeccably clean. The little patio in the yard was a nice place to sit and relax. Everything was as expected. I would definitely stay here again.
