Silvana was quick to respond to any questions we had. She was proactive and available for our needs during our stay. She even offered us a delicious cake the evening of our arrival. Quiet and ideal location for us who wanted to ski. A safe location is provided to store skiing. There is a bus stop nearby to go to the city center or to different ski lifts. The kitchen has all the accessories to prepare your meals. Cauldrons are excellent qualities please pay attention. As far as the billing for hot water and heating it cost us 50 euros for the week (2 showers per day and 2 hours of heating per day to dry our laundry). Super location suitable for companies because it is isolated and with ample outdoor spaces that allow activities (football, volleyball, tennis, bocce ball) or relaxation (sun terrace, jacuzzi, sauna both inside and outside the house). From the area there are also several hikes of different levels. The essential amenities ( bakery, well-stocked mini market, taverns and pizzerias, butcher shop) are just a few minutes away by car ( no more than 7). House located in a super panoramic point. Was by far the best Airbnb experience I have had. - House was amazing -clean, fresh, had everything we needed - Location was perfect- great view from the house with access to hikes and activities (we did horseradish 3 min from the house) - host was very kind and flexible - super flexible with check in, had baked a cake that she shared with us along with other snacks, she helped refill our coffee as soon as we ran out as the shops were closed Overall a fantastic experience and I would recommend to anyone!

If You want a very private and peaceful place, surrounded by nature, this house is for you!

For us, the apartment was perfect as a family with adult children, as each bedroom had a small, private bathroom. The view from the balcony is unbeatable and you can sit in the afternoon sun. The kitchen is small but equipped with everything. It was very quiet. You can walk to the supermarket in 1 minute, where there are also fresh rolls. The Patscherkofelbahn is very close to skiing and also in Innsbruck you are in 15 minutes. The communication was always very quick and easy. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Chalet surrounded by greenery and total tranquility of Trentino, equipped with all comforts, very clean and reachable by any type of car, if you have learned to drive, but better to have someone else drive in the last stretch. Starting on foot from the house you can do several hikes on foot or by mountain bike without particular physical preparation and enjoying breathtaking views. Added value, a nice fox who visited us every night. Recommended!

Beautiful house with magnificent views, quiet, green and cozy. We especially enjoyed the wellness facilities with hot tube , swimming pond and sauna.

You will be welcomed very friendly with drinks and a small refreshment on the terrace at check-in. We felt immediately comfortable . In the pictures it looked good but in live, simply indescribable, beautiful views and great amenities. We had a very nice few days with perfect weather and will definitely be back .

Old/historical house that was well maintained, spotless clean, and extremely spacious. Better than advertised. Walkable to town in 5 minutes. Easy parking. Would definitely return.

We were mountain biking with 6 people. The accommodation was fantastic. Huge large bike room with everything you need!

The house is wonderfully cozy, excellently equipped and renovated. We had a super nice time, also thanks to Michaela's great tips. She really took a lot of time to explain the area to us and give personal advice. Beautiful hiking trails and then sauna with wood-burning stove - a dream... highly recommended!

It's not so easy to find a place at night. It's good that we studied the map of the area in advance. The Internet is slow, it was necessary for the child to have an online lesson on video. Everything else is wonderful and recommended to visit. The sauna came in handy, after a day skiing.
