Great location. Apartment block is virtually brand new

The apartment was large spacious and well furnished. Good beds, not much unnecessary decoration. There's enough crockery and cutlery, a good filter coffee machine, a toaster. Unfortunately, some things were missing such as salad bowl or economy peeler. Enrico was immediately available for all matters with answers and support. We felt comfortable and recommend the accommodation.

The tram stop is just a 5-minute walk away and from there you can actually reach everything in the city. Shopping is also not far away and the kitchen is really well equipped. Katharina is a totally attentive and lovely host! We felt totally comfortable and look forward to next time.

This was a beautiful and relaxing place to kick back for 4 days. That said, we did drive to cities (eg dresden Germany) but loved being in a quiet country estate. Convenient, all the amenities, coffee pods, etc.

We really liked the place! The cottage was even bigger than it looks in the photos and we felt totally comfortable. The surroundings are very nice too, with lots of lakes and a cute seafront promenade. Love to come back! :)

Accomodation was spotless, well furnished with all the amenities needed. We really enjoyed having the possibility to use the bbq. Really recommended for a getaway weekend.

Very nicely located house, quiet location, on the ground floor - guest room with private bathrooms. Family-friendly furnishings. Kicker, toys, piano and much more available. Gladly come back.

The stay was great, the lady on site helped us superbly and explained everything. Would always recommend it. FYI: The upper floor is not suitable for tall people as the rooms are under the roof and everything is slanted.

The apartment is beautiful and spacious! The equipment- from furniture to the smallest details is high end and new. The location is great, providing a great balance between the new city and old city of Dresden. The apartment itself is located in a welcoming complex with everything you need at a walking distance. We loved our stay at Sarah & Jan's apartment. We really enjoyed the balcony, which was perfect to have a drink and watch the world go by. A very short walk from the bustling Old Town. The secondary glazing meant it was quiet inside despite it being on a busy street. We would highly recommend!
