When you leave the apartment, you can see the vineyards on the slopes of the Siebengebirge. The location offers a very pleasant living and quality of life. Here you will feel comfortable and come to rest, far away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Die wunderschöne Ruhrtal-Villa liegt auf einem 2000 m² großem Grundstück und grenzt direkt an die Ruhr. Idyllische Wald-und Wanderwege liegen ebenso wie der Ruhrtal-Radweg direkt vor der Haustür. Die gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt im Souterrain mit direktem Zugang zur großen überdachten Terrasse und Blick auf das paradiesische Ruhrtal. Die 45 m² große behagliche Wohnung ist modern und neu eingerichtet. Vom Küchentisch blickt man direkt durch das bodentiefe Fenster in den Garten und zur Ruhr.

Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Rhein und der Insel Grafenwerth, einem beliebten Ausflugsort mit Park, Spielplätzen, Sportflächen und einem Freizeitbad. Es gibt einen kostenlosen Parkplatz, sowie Bus- und Stadtbahn. Die Innenstadt von Bad Honnef sowie den Hauptbahnhof erreicht man zu Fuß innerhalb von 10 Minuten. Ein Restaurant und eine Eisdiele befinden sich auf dem Grundstück, weitere Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Vermieter wohnen im selben Haus und stehen für Fragen zur Verfügung.

Very nice old building apartment for two to four guests in a historic mill. Perfect for a hiking vacation or relaxation. In a picturesque location, outside the Westerwald town of Hachenburg with its picturesque market square and the open-air museum. Close to Marienstatt Monastery. Located directly on the Westerwaldsteig. Quiet and steeped in history. The first Chancellor of the FRG, Konrad Adenauer, stayed here. A commemorative plaque on the house commemorates his stay.
