We returned for the second time to Nicola's house and confirmed all the good impressions of the first trip. The house is very comfortable and Nicola is a host with great organizational skills useful to make the stay as pleasant as possible. We will be back again

Marvelous apartment in the very center of Parma. The building is beautifully old style but the apartment itself is very modern and efficient. The ceiling in particular is gorgeous and the furniture is high end quality. The host is very kind and extremely helpful and responds quickly to any query. It was a memorable stay, we’ll come back for sure!

We were a group of nine traveling and had two ensuite rooms and the larger flat with the kitchen shared by five which had a large bathroom, a double room and a twin room and one double room with an ensuite. Everything was excellent. All our group had a great experience staying at Raffaella's accomodation and would highly recommend it. We would happily stay again if we return to Parma. Raffaella was available for advice on messenger after exchanging phone numbers at any time and responded quickly. She also helped with arranging taxis for our return to the train station. 10/10 for everything.

“Al Canton is a small jewel hidden among the Emilian countryside, where the silence and scent of nature conquer the soul. The apartment welcomes the guest, making them feel right at home: absolutely nothing is missing! The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook, the living room is cozy, the bedroom is comfortable and very quiet. The bathroom, like the rest of the house, is also well cared for. The cleanliness is impeccable. We didn't use the courtyard, but it would definitely have been an extra enjoyable experience. Mrs. Emanuela is a very sweet person, always helpful and kind. The location is strategic to visit Parma and the surrounding villages, fascinating for their history and beauty. The stay was relaxing and the choice was really good. Lovely place, exceptionally well equipped even thinking about things you might have forgotten (toothbrush, razor etc). Giovanna welcomed us personally and showed us around the apartment, she was very kind and friendly. Everything was spotless and we had a great time!

This is my second time staying with Ivano, so I don't have much to add except that I will definitely come back again a third time, if you are looking for a few days of relaxation this is the perfect place.

A trip chosen almost to play with my girlfriend Oriana, three days of wonderful emotions and feelings to take home. Assunta and Ivan, with their Matilde (beautiful dog of extraordinary sweetness), transported us into a dream, from the warm welcome, to the small attentions. And if the details make a difference, and they do, there are a lot of details here, from the cleanliness of the place to the crazy breakfasts! A project, that of their B&B, of extraordinary beauty. From the entrance there are wonderful scents, from lavender to dry straw; the colors are earthy, natural, sincere, a bit like their smile. It was great to chat with them about anything. We recommend learning how much more you need to know about the place and the surroundings. There are wonderful stories in those valleys full of nature, and they're there within walking distance. This extraordinary place really deserves to be seen, but above all lived. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay (with our family) at Martina's place. The apartment was clean and looked very cared for. The location was also very convenient, the city center is 15-18 min walking distance and the private parking was a big bonus, especially if you drive with a roof box and bike rack.

Very nice art deco appartment with enough space to host 4 people. Good local restaurant in the same building. Great location next to a nice walk along the river. Also good communication by Alessandro.

Comfortable and well-equipped apartment. Location is perfect to enjoy Parma and also close to the train station for day trips to nearby towns.

The welcome was exceptional not only from Mrs. Virna but also from the other inhabitants of the house (dog included). The environment was comfortable for our needs, extremely quiet, functional. The kitchen contained everything you could want, we had several towels and cleaning products as well as several breakfast foods and water. The garden with grass cut in English very well cared for. The neighborhood was equally courteous, polite, and welcoming.

We had a great stay in Parma and highly recommend the apartment. It is large, clean and comfortable. Paolo and Elisa are very friendly and responsive. Parma was a great place to visit and the apartment is in a great location.
